From $100 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Miami Beach — flat rate, door to door across the barrier island.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle for your party. It is set by seat count alone and never shifts with traffic, the hour, or how busy the day happens to be.
Your inbound flight is followed in real time, so the driver stands curbside as you step out of the terminal with your bags.
A curbside greeting comes with every booking, and meet-and-greet is part of the fare rather than an upsell. Prefer to be met inside the terminal beside a placard showing your name? That name-sign pickup adds $40. The evening before you fly, a message brings the driver’s name and vehicle so you know exactly who to look for, and there is no app to open and no rideshare lot to hunt through once you land.
Plan on roughly 31 minutes when the roads are clear, stretching to about 33 at the busiest hours, over a run of 11.1 miles (17.8 km).
Nearly the whole trip is highway — the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) carries you east over Biscayne Bay and onto the island — so a quiet run and a peak one differ by only a couple of minutes. Because the price is fixed in advance, heavy traffic on the causeway never adds a cent to your total. Final door-to-door timing bends a little depending on whether you are staying down in South Beach or farther up in North Beach, and your driver reads live conditions on the day to choose the quickest lanes.
Set on a barrier island facing the Atlantic, Miami Beach is known for broad sand, pastel Art Deco blocks, and a dining-and-nightlife scene that runs late.
South Beach pulls most first-timers toward Ocean Drive, the Art Deco Historic District, and the cafes and shops of Lincoln Road. Farther north, mid-Beach and North Beach turn quieter and more residential, with oceanfront paths and calmer stretches of sand. A couple of island addresses behave unlike a plain street number: Lincoln Road runs as a pedestrian mall, so a listing there is served from whichever cross street sits open nearest the building, and along the oceanfront the city closes some blocks to cars during its biggest event periods, moving the drop a short stroll west. Offer the building’s name with the address and your driver arrives already knowing the usable entrance that day. For maps and neighborhood detail, the destination keeps its own official Miami Beach visitor guide.
The whole vehicle belongs to your group for the run — no strangers, no filling a route, no queue for a car after you land. The price is locked the moment you book, so a busy holiday afternoon and a calm weekday morning carry the identical fare. The driver speaks English as well as Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps arrival details easy, and handles loading and unloading every bag. One reserved car, one set figure, and a driver watching the arrivals board is a plainer way to reach Miami Beach than sorting out a ride at the curb.
Every figure here is one-way and charged per vehicle, so whether one person rides or five fill the SUV, the fare is identical.
Half the total is due as a deposit that locks your booking, and the remaining half goes straight to your driver on the day you travel. Heading back to the airport later? A round trip is simply the one-way figure taken twice, reserved as two legs on a single booking, which keeps one driver and one confirmed time on each end.
Daytime hours run 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM with nothing added to the fare. A trip that begins outside that window carries a modest late-hour charge that depends on the vehicle.
No — every transfer is fully private. The SUV or van holds only your party from the MIA curb to your Miami Beach door, with no one else picked up and no detour to drop another passenger. What some travelers call a “shuttle” is, here, a vehicle held for your group at one flat per-vehicle price.
Yes. A child seat adds $20. Tell the driver each child’s age and how numerous seats you need when you reserve, so the right seats are fitted and waiting before pickup. Sorting it at booking means nothing has to be arranged at the curb on travel day.
Yes, with notice. An added stop is billed at $45 per 30 minutes and arranged when you book, so the timing is set ahead of the trip. Send the address on WhatsApp and it is folded into the route before you travel.
There is nothing extra for you to do. The driver follows your inbound flight and moves the pickup at no charge whether it lands early or late, so a slow trip through customs is already covered. Your rate and your vehicle stay exactly as booked.
Booking at least 24 hours in advance secures your vehicle and locks the flat rate. A request inside that window is still reviewed by hand, though availability cannot be promised so close to pickup. Once a time is confirmed, it can be shifted with a day’s notice if plans change.
Ready to lock in your private MIA to Miami Beach transfer? Send the flight number, the day and time you land, the size of your party, and your Miami Beach street address, and back come the driver, the vehicle, and the flat fare. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We came into Miami and starting the trip with a private pickup straight to our place in Miami Beach set the tone. The driver dropped us at our place in Miami Beach.
La forma perfecta de empezar un viaje a Miami Beach. Muy recomendable. El conductor fue profesional y cortés, justo lo que quieres tras un vuelo.
We came into Miami and kicking things off with a private pickup straight to our place in Miami Beach set the tone. No taxi line, no rideshare surge — we walked out and the car was ready. Our flight came in late and the driver had tracked it — no extra charge, nothing.
Nuestra familia llegó a MIA rumbo a Miami Beach y el conductor tenía la sillita lista — una gran ayuda. El viaje a Miami Beach fue más rápido de lo que esperábamos, sin desvíos.
The two of us flew into Miami to stay with relatives in Miami Beach and had a driver waiting the moment we came out of baggage claim. Booking was easy, we got a confirmation the night before, and everything matched what we were told. Our flight was delayed and the driver had tracked it — not a worry at all.
