From $450 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Iona, door to door across South Florida on I-75.
Each price below is for the whole vehicle, not a per-seat charge, and it locks the moment you book — traffic and demand never move it. The black SUV leads the list.
Your driver follows the inbound flight and stages the car at the terminal curb, ready the moment you walk out with your bags — a curbside greeting is part of every fare. The night before, a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the license plate, so there is no hunting for a car at Miami International Airport. Courtesy waiting runs two hours for an international arrival and one hour for a domestic one, which absorbs an ordinary customs or baggage delay. Prefer the driver waiting inside the terminal holding a name sign? That is a $20 add-on.
Iona is a residential stretch of the Southwest Florida coast, part of the greater Fort Myers area and south Lee County, close to the Gulf and the causeway roads out to the barrier islands. The rhythm is quiet and low-rise rather than a downtown crowd: waterfront homes, marinas and boat ramps, palm-lined streets, riverside restaurants, and small shopping plazas. It draws boaters, families, and seasonal visitors who come for the water more than for nightlife. One practical note — many coastal houses here sit raised above ground level, so flag any stairs when you book and the bags get carried up in a sensible order.
The route covers 152.5 miles, roughly 245 kilometers, running west and north on I-75 across South Florida. Off-peak — early mornings or midday — the drive is closest to 151 minutes door to door; weekday rush hours and holiday weekends can stretch the same distance toward 164 minutes, a little over two and a half hours either way. Because the fare is fixed at booking, that swing shifts only your arrival estimate, never the price. Plan around the higher figure if a reservation is waiting at the far end. On a run this long, one short comfort stop for a restroom or a snack can be arranged if you mention it in advance.
The flat per-vehicle price already carries every toll and SunPass charge and the fuel along I-75, so nothing accrues on the road. Onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot and bottled water come with the ride, and the driver loads and unloads your bags at both ends — the usual allowance is one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger, with room for more if you flag oversized pieces ahead. Real-time flight tracking and free pickup re-timing are built in. Beyond the fare the extras stay short: a child seat is $20 each, and any stop off the direct route runs $45 per half hour. Small pets travel with advance notice in a carrier.
Pricing is one-way and per vehicle, so your whole group rides for one figure rather than a per-seat charge. A round trip is simply double the one-way fare, booked as two legs so a single driver and a set pickup time cover both directions. To hold the reservation, a 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining half goes to the driver on travel day. Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link all work. Whatever you agreed at booking is the amount — nothing is tacked on at the curb for traffic or timing.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A ride that falls outside that window carries a night fee: for a black SUV it is $50 to a destination beyond Miami-Dade and Broward, such as Iona, and $20 within those two counties, while a van adds 10% to the trip value. The fee is charged once per trip and confirmed when you book, so a late landing never turns into a surprise at the curb.
Nothing on your side. The driver watches the inbound flight and re-times the curb pickup at no cost, whether you land early or late. The courtesy wait already covers two hours for an international landing and one hour for a domestic arrival, so a normal delay is absorbed without a phone call or a new booking.
Yes. Reserve both legs together and the round trip is priced at double the one-way fare, with the same private vehicle running out and back to the airport. Share both dates and pickup times on WhatsApp, and each leg is confirmed under one booking.
The pull here is the water. Marinas and boat ramps, riverside seafood, quiet nature preserves, and the roads out toward the Gulf beaches and barrier islands all sit close by. It rewards a slower pace — fishing, paddling, sunsets on the water, and long unhurried meals over a busy nightlife scene.
Send your flight number, passenger count, and the drop-off address over WhatsApp, and the vehicle and pickup time come back confirmed. Booking at least 24 hours ahead locks a slot; shorter notice still gets a manual check against driver availability.
Yes. Late-night arrivals into MIA are common, and a car can be staged for any hour you land. A ride outside the 7 AM to 9 PM daytime window carries the night fee described above, but the vehicle is still reserved for your group and waiting at the curb.
Book your private, one-way transfer on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. Send your flight number, group size, the Iona drop-off address, and any child-seat need, and your pickup time and fare come back confirmed.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
There were seven of us landing at MIA, and one private transfer to Iona was way simpler than splitting into cars. We were picked up right on time, no waiting around. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we landed behind schedule, the car was right there. Would book again in a heartbeat.
Privado, puntual y sin estrés desde que aterrizamos. Justo lo que quieres tras un vuelo. Nuestro vuelo llegó tarde y el conductor se acomodó sin problema — sin ninguna preocupación.
Flying into Miami for work, I wasn’t up for the taxi line after a long flight, so I booked a private ride from MIA to Iona. My flight was delayed and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all. I liked it so much I booked them again for the ride back to the airport.
The two of us flew in to our rental in Iona and a private car from MIA made the whole arrival easy. The driver got us right to the quiet street, which isn’t always easy in a residential area.
