From $450 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Harlem Heights, door to door at a flat fare.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle price to any address in the community — booked once, held from that moment, and never nudged by traffic or the hour of the day. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are already folded into every line.
Standard pickup is curbside. Once you clear baggage claim and step out of the terminal, your driver is already at the arrivals curb holding your name. The evening before travel, a WhatsApp message brings the driver’s name, the vehicle description, the plate, and exactly where to walk out. Prefer to be met inside with a name sign? That name-sign pickup adds $40 over the standard curbside meet and greet, which is included at no charge. Because the driver follows your inbound flight in real time, the pickup slides to your true landing — an early or delayed arrival re-times it for free, and built-in courtesy waiting covers up to two hours after an international flight and one hour after a domestic one.
From MIA the route runs north on I-75, threading out of the Miami metro and across South Florida to Harlem Heights — 150.2 miles, roughly 241.7 kilometers, end to end. Door to door the trip takes about 147 minutes on a clear road and up to 161 at busier hours; that fourteen-minute spread rides on when you set out, with midday and late-evening departures moving quickest and rush-hour build-up near the metro edge adding the extra time. The fare ignores all of it — open road or crawl, the number you booked is the number you pay.
Harlem Heights is a close-knit residential neighborhood in Southwest Florida, family-minded and shaped by longstanding local institutions rather than tourist strips. It reads quiet and lived-in — houses, everyday services, and community programs that give the area its character. The Harlem Heights Community Charter School is a familiar landmark, and the Heights Foundation neighborhood programs mirror that focus. Just past the edges, the wider Southwest Florida coast opens onto the Fort Myers area, Gulf beaches, and open-air recreation, so many arrivals pair a stay on these residential streets with day trips to the shore. Whatever street address you send, the driver takes you straight to that door.
Every listed price is one-way and charged per vehicle, so five riders in the SUV or a dozen in the larger van pay the figure a solo traveler would. Reserve over WhatsApp or the website, send the flight number and the drop-off address, and a 50% deposit locks the booking through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link; the balance goes to the driver on travel day, with cash fine for that closing half. Want the round trip? It is the one-way fare twice over, both legs set on a single reservation so one driver and one confirmed time cover each direction. Reserve at least 24 hours ahead so the vehicle is confirmed and a driver assigned; shorter-notice requests still get a manual look when time allows.
Standard hours run 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM with no surcharge. A pickup outside that window carries a night fee on the SUV — $20 within Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 once the route runs past those county lines, which it does on a run this far north — while the larger vans add ten percent instead. A child seat is $20 each; pass along the ages and the count at booking and the vehicle is set up before pickup. An added stop or extra waiting along the way runs $45 per thirty minutes. Small pets ride too, given advance notice on WhatsApp and a carrier.
The vehicle carries your group and no one else — private from the MIA curb to your door, never pooled and never rerouted to gather strangers. The rate is flat and fixed at booking, so a peak-hour landing costs exactly what a quiet one does. Your driver is bilingual, speaking English alongside Spanish or Portuguese, and handles the loading and unloading of every bag. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, and the cars are licensed and insured. A real person answers on WhatsApp before and during the trip, so a question gets a quick reply instead of an app prompt.
The driver watches your inbound flight in real time, so a delay or an early touchdown simply moves the pickup to match — no surge and no re-booking. Courtesy waiting is built in, covering up to two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic one, which absorbs a slow customs line. You walk out when you are ready and the car is there.
Per vehicle, every time. The whole party rides for the single flat figure in the rate list, whether that is two people or a full van of fourteen. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel already live in that number, so nothing is tacked on by the head.
Yes. Beyond airport runs, the same private SUV or van handles drop-offs to PortMiami and other points around the region. Landing at MIA for a cruise, or leaving the community for the ship, travels as one flat-rate private trip — send the sailing details and the address and the timing is planned around your flight and boarding window.
Because these streets stay quiet and residential, many travelers book lodging across the broader Fort Myers area or along the nearby Gulf-coast stretches, where hotels and dining run wider. Wherever you settle, the transfer ends at that exact door, and the return leg back to MIA works the same way in reverse.
At least 24 hours ahead is the sweet spot, leaving time to confirm the vehicle and assign a driver. Requests inside that window still get a manual check when availability allows. Once confirmed, a booked pickup can shift with 24 hours notice, and a cancellation made 24 or more hours out refunds in full.
Ready to lock it in? Send your flight number, the Harlem Heights address, group size, and pickup date over WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and flat fare come back confirmed — often the same day.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
First time flying into Miami solo to stay in Harlem Heights, and having someone there at arrivals took all the stress out of it.
We weren’t about to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to Harlem Heights. They tracked the arrival, so even though we landed behind schedule, the car was ready.
Our group landed in Miami and booked one private van from the airport out to Harlem Heights. We were in town to visit relatives in Harlem Heights, and starting the trip this easy meant a lot. The driver dropped us right at the door. Would book again in a heartbeat.
I arranged a private car from MIA to Harlem Heights so I wouldn’t have to figure anything out after landing. Traveling on my own, I felt safe and looked after from arrivals all the way to Harlem Heights. The driver handled the luggage so I didn’t have to lift a thing.
