From $300 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Goodland — flat rate, door to door, no per-seat math.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle total to any Goodland address, set the moment you book and unchanged by rush-hour traffic or the hour you land.
Your inbound flight is followed in real time, so the assigned driver is already parked when you step out of the terminal with your bags — no app to open, no rideshare line to join. The night before, a text lands with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, so you know exactly who to look for at the curb. A curbside meet is part of every fare; if you would rather the driver stand inside the hall holding a name sign, that is a $40 add-on. Waiting time is built in — two hours after an international landing, one hour after a domestic one — so a slow customs or baggage belt never costs you the pickup.
Goodland is a small, low-key village where the pace eases the minute you roll in. The streets stay quiet, daily life turns on a few neighborhood spots rather than crowds or towers, and the waterfront-town feel is the whole draw. A handful of casual restaurants and family-run businesses give the place its character, and there is no full-size supermarket down here, so it suits anyone who wants to settle in, wander on foot, and let the day run slow. Whether the trip is for family, for work, or simply for a calmer base than central Miami, a private car drops you at the exact door you name.
The distance is fixed at 97.5 miles, roughly 156.9 kilometers, so traffic is the only thing that moves the clock. Off-peak, plan on about 113 minutes from curb to door; through the morning and evening crush leaving the metro, the same run drifts toward 121 — an eight-minute gap between the calmest and busiest hours. From the airport the route heads southwest, tracing Southwest 8th Street onto US-41 for the long straight leg down toward the coast. Since the price is flat and locked to the vehicle, a busier traffic day adds minutes but never dollars; give the driver a target drop-off time and the pickup is planned so even the slower end of that window still lands you on schedule.
Whatever you book is exactly what you pay: tolls, SunPass, and fuel already sit inside that figure. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, sealed bottled water rides along, and each passenger gets one checked bag plus a carry-on — plenty for a five-seat Black SUV without anyone surrendering legroom to bags. A bilingual driver handles the run in English plus Spanish or Portuguese and helps load and unload at both ends. Small pets are welcome with a heads-up on WhatsApp, riding in a carrier; eating inside the vehicle is not allowed, so save snacks for before or after the ride.
Every fare is one-way and charged per vehicle, so five riders in the SUV settle the same total as one; a round trip is simply that one-way price twice, booked as a single reservation. Payment goes through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link. Half the fare holds your date as a deposit, and the balance is handed to the driver on the day you travel. A child seat is a $20 add-on arranged when you book, and any extra stop along the way runs $45 per thirty minutes, set up in advance rather than sprung on the driver at the curb.
Rides between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window the add-on depends on the vehicle: a Black SUV adds $20 within Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 for a drop beyond those counties, while a van adds ten percent to its fare. The flat price holds otherwise — the late-hour figure is the only thing that changes, and you see it before you confirm.
Nothing on your end. The inbound flight is monitored the whole way, and the pickup shifts on its own for an early or late landing at no charge. With two hours of included waiting on international flights and one hour on domestic ones, an ordinary customs or baggage delay is already covered, and the driver is simply there when you finally walk out.
Fillets can travel if they are packed for it — frozen solid, sealed against leaks, and taped shut in a proper cooler that the airline then treats as a checked bag; any gel packs have to be frozen rock-solid for screening, never slushy. Have the fish house box it up the morning you fly rather than the night before. Tell the driver a cooler is riding along so it can sit upright and flat, not crushed beneath the suitcases.
Because Goodland has no full-size supermarket and its few businesses keep their own hours, an evening arrival to a place with a kitchen can mean bare cupboards. Mention it when you book and the driver can pencil in a quick stop somewhere still open along the way, so you reach the village with the basics instead of empty cupboards.
The standard allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on for each passenger, which fills a Black SUV comfortably for five. Bringing extra or oversized gear? A WhatsApp message ahead of time lets the driver confirm the room or move you up to a larger private van, so everything fits in one trip rather than two.
Ready to lock a private transfer between MIA and Goodland? Send the flight number, your pickup date and time, how many are riding, and any oversized bags, and the vehicle and flat rate are confirmed, with the driver’s details texted the day before. Reach out on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 to get started. Booking at least 24 hours ahead keeps planning smoothest, though last-minute requests are still welcome as availability allows.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
I was visiting family in Goodland and didn’t want the rideshare-surge scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car. The driver loaded all my bags so I didn’t have to struggle with anything. Fixed price agreed up front — no meter, no surprises, which I really appreciated after traveling.
Smooth ride, friendly driver, fixed price. No complaints at all. There was plenty of room for the whole group and everyone’s bags in one van out to Goodland.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to Goodland. Landing late at night into Goodland, it was a huge comfort to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride.
Our whole group rode together straight from the airport to Goodland, and it was so easy. We were on the road within minutes of landing, no waiting around.
