From $100 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to El Portal, met at the airport curb and driven straight to your door.
Every fare below is the full price for the whole vehicle on the one-way trip, fixed the moment you book and untouched by traffic, demand, or the hour you travel. Choose the size that suits your group and the entire party rides for that single figure.
Your driver watches the inbound flight and is standing at your Miami International Airport terminal by the time you reach the curb with your bags — no app to open and no rideshare line to join. You walk out of arrivals and a reserved car is already there for the run north. The curbside meet-and-greet is part of every fare; if you would rather be met inside with a name sign, that in-terminal greeting is an optional $20 add-on set when you book. Because the driver is tracking the plane rather than a fixed clock, an early or delayed landing simply moves the pickup at no charge.
The village is a small, green pocket of Miami-Dade County, a place of tree-lined streets and mid-century houses that stays peaceful even with the city’s busier roads close by. It sits inside Miami’s Upper Eastside, a short reach from the Biscayne Boulevard corridor with its cafes, galleries, and independent shops. Since the streets here are almost entirely homes, most arrivals are visiting relatives, staying with friends, or using the neighborhood as a quiet base for the arts and dining a few minutes away. A private car sets you down at the exact address with your luggage, whether that is a family house on a side street or a rental near the boulevard.
The road up from the airport is short and direct when the lanes are clear, and slower during the weekday morning and late-afternoon peaks on the corridors north of MIA. Your driver leaves the terminal on the Dolphin Expressway toward I-95, follows live conditions, and takes the fastest open route rather than a set path, so a busy stretch never sends the group the long way around. The ride carries only your party, so there are no other pickups and no waiting to fill seats — you pull away the moment everyone and every bag is aboard. For a firm arrival window tied to your exact flight, send the details over WhatsApp and you will have a realistic estimate before booking.
Reservations go through WhatsApp, where a real person handles the details instead of an app queue, and the cost is split so nothing is charged in full up front. A 50% deposit confirms the booking, and the balance goes straight to your driver on the day of the ride; Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link all work, with card and link payments adding a small bank fee. Pricing is one-way per vehicle, so a round trip is booked as two legs at double the single fare, ideally with the same driver on both. Reserve at least a day ahead when you can, and a confirmed pickup can be shifted with 24 hours’ notice if space allows.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A pickup outside that window adds a small night charge to the flat rate — $20 for the black SUV within Miami-Dade and Broward, or ten percent of the fare on the larger vans. A few extras are billed only when you ask for them: a child seat is $20, and any added stop along the route is $45 for each thirty minutes. Each one is agreed and priced while you book, so the total is settled well before travel day and nothing is added at the curb.
The fare pays for the whole ride, not just a seat. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are already inside the price, and the car carries WiFi from a mobile hotspot along with sealed bottled water. Your driver loads and unloads the bags at both ends, with a standard allowance of one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger — send a WhatsApp note for anything larger and a bigger van is arranged. Drivers are bilingual, speaking English with Spanish or Portuguese, and a small pet is welcome in a carrier when you offer notice ahead of time.
Nothing changes and there is no extra fee. The driver follows your inbound flight and re-times the pickup to when you actually touch down, whether that is early or late. Courtesy waiting is built in — two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic flights — so an ordinary delay is fully covered.
The flat rate is for the whole vehicle, never per traveler. A black SUV seats up to five and the larger vans carry up to fourteen, all at the one locked figure shown above. Adding people to your group never pushes the cost per seat higher.
Yes. A round trip is set as a single reservation priced at exactly double the one-way fare, using the same class of vehicle and, where possible, the same driver on both legs. Share both flight or pickup times and the return is locked in beside your arrival.
Booking at least 24 hours ahead secures the vehicle for your time. Requests closer in are still reviewed by hand, though availability cannot be promised that late. The service runs around the clock through the year, so a very early or very late flight is no trouble.
Yes to all three with a little notice. The standard allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on each; send a WhatsApp message for oversized or additional pieces and a larger van can be lined up. A child seat is $20 and a small pet rides in a carrier, both arranged at the time you book.
Ready to lock your private MIA to El Portal transfer? Send the flight or pickup time, the date, your group size, and any child-seat or pet needs, and the vehicle, driver, and flat rate are confirmed before you pay. Message WhatsApp or call 786-682-8748 — the earlier you reach out, the easier it is to match your exact arrival.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Vinimos con amigos y queríamos a todos y las maletas en un solo viaje del aeropuerto a El Portal. Precio fijo acordado de antemano — sin taxímetro, sin sorpresas, que agradecimos después de viajar.
My partner and I wanted to skip the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a ride out to El Portal. Tolls and everything were already included, so we just got in and relaxed on the way to El Portal.
For a smooth arrival, my partner and I booked this to get from MIA straight to El Portal. The SUV was really comfortable after a long flight, a nice relief in the Miami heat. The driver was bilingual, which made it easy when we had a question.
A group of us flew into MIA and booked one private van from the airport out to El Portal. They tracked the arrival, so even though we got in late, the car was ready.
Un grupo de nosotros aterrizamos en MIA y reservamos una van privada del aeropuerto a El Portal. Sin fila de taxis, sin tarifas dinámicas — salimos y el auto ya estaba ahí.
