From $100 per vehicle — a private, one-way ride from MIA to Downtown Miami, flat rate and door to door.
Each fare below covers the whole vehicle for the one-way trip and holds firm once you book — just pick the tier that fits your group:
Pickup is curbside, a few steps past the Arrivals exit nearest to where your bags come out. You walk out with the luggage and the vehicle is already waiting to load — no counter to find, no app to refresh. Meet-and-greet comes with every booking, and if you’d rather be met inside the terminal by a driver holding a sign with your name, that add-on runs $40 when you reserve. Flight tracking is included too, so the driver follows your MIA arrival in real time and moves the pickup when your plane is early or delayed.
Count on 20 to 23 minutes from door to door. The drive runs east along SR-836 — the Dolphin Expressway — which empties straight into the streets of Downtown Miami, a short and dependable trip with little to complicate it. Weekday commuter mornings and late afternoons sit at the slower end of that band, while midday, evenings, and weekends come in near the quick end. The distance is compact enough that a busy road day and a clear one differ by just a few minutes, and the driver reads live conditions before pulling away from the curb.
Downtown Miami is where the city keeps its towers, courts, and banks, packed tight along Biscayne Bay and easy to cover on foot. Plenty of travelers use it as a landing spot — a base for meetings, a night’s stay before boarding a ship, or a first taste of the city before moving on. The waterfront edge holds Bayfront Park and the shops and boat docks of Bayside Marketplace; a short walk inland, the Kaseya Center fills up for basketball and concerts, and the district’s museums set modern art next to hands-on science. Just south, the Brickell strip layers restaurants and rooftop bars onto the finance blocks. Two local resources — the City of Miami site and the Downtown and Brickell visitor guide — track what’s open and on the calendar.
This route runs in three private classes; pick by group size and luggage, since all three come driven and climate-controlled:
The booked price includes the private vehicle, your driver, and the fuel, tolls, and SunPass for the trip — none of it collected separately at the curb. A mobile hotspot supplies onboard Wi-Fi, handy for opening a hotel confirmation or checking in for a connecting flight on the move. The first child seat for a child under 5 comes free; each extra seat adds $20, confirmed at booking. An added stop along the route runs $45 per 30 minutes when you arrange it in advance.
Daytime service runs 7 AM to 9 PM with no added charge. Pickups before or after that window — red-eye landings, pre-dawn departures — stay available and add a set surcharge:
Payment comes in two parts, so you never pay the whole ride up front. A 50% deposit holds your vehicle and the quoted fare at booking; the other half goes to the driver on travel day.
No — every booking includes flight tracking, so the driver follows your MIA arrival and moves the pickup automatically when the plane is late. There’s nothing to message from the runway and nothing to rebook. You land, grab your bags, and the vehicle is still there.
Per vehicle, not per person. The flat rate in the table above carries your whole group on the one-way run downtown — two riders in the SUV or a full fourteen in the large van, same figure. Because it’s charged to the vehicle, a full group can split it into a small share each.
Yes. The same cars handle the return at matching rates. Give the driver your flight time and downtown address, and the departure gets timed to your check-in cutoff and whatever traffic is doing that day, ending at your MIA departures curb. Reserve both legs together and one booking covers the round trip.
Small pets are welcome as long as you mention it on WhatsApp beforehand. The animal rides in its carrier, staying settled for the short SR-836 run and leaving the seats clean for whoever books next. Note the pet at reservation time and the driver will set the cabin up for it.
Yes — cruise runs to PortMiami come up often here. A booking can take you from the airport to the ship on arrival day, or gather your party from a Downtown Miami hotel the morning you sail. Include the vessel and departure time when you reserve, and the driver builds in a cushion so you reach the terminal before the gangway shuts. A single van holds up to 14 travelers plus a week of cruise bags, keeping the group together.
Ready to lock in your private ride? Message WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your travel date, flight number, party size, and Downtown Miami address, and you’ll get your vehicle, pickup plan, and flat one-way fare confirmed. Any hour, any day of the week.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Our family of five arrived in Miami, and the driver had the child seat ready — such a help.
After a red-eye, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — really glad we booked the transfer to Downtown Miami.
I got into Miami after a long travel day and it was such a relief to have my own driver already waiting for me. The ride to Downtown Miami was calm and hassle-free.
Easiest airport arrival I’ve ever had — driver waiting, bags handled, straight to Downtown Miami.
Perfect way to start the trip — highly recommend. The ride to Downtown Miami was easy and door-to-door.
