From $590 per vehicle — a private, one-way ride from MIA to Disney’s Riviera Resort near Orlando.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle for your group, locked in when you reserve and never nudged by traffic, the season, or how many seats are filled.
Pickup is curbside at the Miami International Airport terminal, with the driver in position once you have your bags from baggage claim; the typical meet and greet is part of the fare, so there is no charge to have someone waiting as you step out. Your arrival is watched against the live flight, which means a delayed landing merely shifts the pickup to when you actually touch down, with nothing to re-book. Prefer to be found inside the hall beside a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is an optional +$20, arranged when you reserve.
The route runs 231.8 miles (373 km) and needs somewhere between 235 and 240 minutes from door to door, most of it steady highway travel up Florida’s Turnpike as it lifts you out of the Miami metro toward the Orlando resort corridor. A mid-morning or early-afternoon departure tends to land at the 235-minute end; a late start or heavy holiday volume leaving Miami nudges it toward 240. The last miles slow down once the vehicle leaves the Turnpike for resort roads posted well under highway speed, and that closing stretch is already folded into the quoted time. Because the fare is fixed, extra minutes in traffic add nothing to what you pay.
Disney’s Riviera Resort is a Disney Vacation Club property set inside the Walt Disney World area, styled after the European Riviera with warm Mediterranean detailing across its buildings, pool decks, and a rooftop signature restaurant that looks out over the grounds. It sits on the Epcot side of the property, beside Caribbean Beach, and shares the Disney Skyliner gondola line that carries guests toward the neighboring theme parks without a car. The address — 1080 Sea Breeze Dr, Orlando, FL 32830 — is a fairly new one, since the resort opened in December 2019, so it rides on the booking beside the resort name and the route is mapped ahead of arrival instead of hunted down at the gate. Full details sit on the official Disney’s Riviera Resort page.
The price holds the private vehicle reserved for your party, the driver, live flight tracking, and the curbside meet at MIA. Every road cost along Florida’s Turnpike — tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel — is built in, so nothing is settled during the drive. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot to keep the group connected over the long run north, and the rate allows one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, which suits most resort trips. Carrying oversized or extra pieces? A quick WhatsApp note beforehand confirms the space or steps the group up to a larger van.
A handful of items are confirmed separately at booking. The in-terminal name-sign greeting runs +$20, while the typical curbside meet stays free. Child seats are +$20 each, fitted before pickup once you list the number and ages of the young passengers. A small pet can ride along inside a carrier with advance notice by WhatsApp. Should the plan call for an added stop en route, extra stops are billed at $45 per 30 minutes, agreed ahead of the travel day.
The booking is held with a 50% deposit; the remaining half goes straight to the driver on your travel day, and the total is charged per vehicle rather than per head. Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website all handle the deposit, whichever is easiest. Pricing is one-way, so a round trip is merely double the one-way figure booked as a single reservation — the same vehicle returns you to MIA for the flight home, with one driver and one plan across both legs.
Pickups between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window an SUV picks up a night fee of $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 once it runs beyond them — and since this drive heads to the Orlando resort area, the $50 tier is the one that applies. Vans take a small percentage on the trip value instead. The fee is set at booking, so an early-morning or late-evening departure holds no surprise at the curb.
Yes. Every booking is fully private, so the vehicle carries only your party from the MIA curb to the resort entrance — no pooling, no strangers, and no detours to collect other passengers. Whether two people ride or the SUV is full, the flat per-vehicle price is the same.
Your side of things does not change. The driver follows the inbound flight and moves the pickup to your real arrival time, so a delay never costs you the car or forces a fresh booking. You clear the terminal and the reserved vehicle is there, ready to start north up Florida’s Turnpike toward Disney’s Riviera Resort.
Yes. Drop-offs cover the wider Walt Disney World area, taking in the theme parks and other resort hotels, not only Disney’s Riviera Resort. Name the exact destination when you book and the flat per-vehicle rate is set for that stop.
Groups of six to nine ride the mid-size van, while parties of ten to fourteen take the largest van, both keeping everyone together in a single vehicle rather than split across cars. The SUV covers up to five passengers, the right fit for couples and smaller families. Each tier is held privately for your group, so the whole party reaches Disney’s Riviera Resort together.
Ready to lock in your private transfer? Send your flight number, passenger count, and resort drop-off by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and the flat fare are confirmed for your travel day with a 50% deposit.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Showed up, loaded bags, drove safe, dropped us off. Easy recommendation. Trip took about 25 minutes.
Éramos seis aterrizando en Miami, y un traslado privado a Disney’s Riviera Resort fue mucho más simple que dividirnos en autos.
Our group of friends rode together straight from MIA, and it worked out great. It was a private car with no one else to pick up, which made the ride to Disney’s Riviera Resort easy and calm.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we set up a private car from the airport to Disney’s Riviera Resort. No taxi line, no rideshare surge — we just walked out and the car was there. The driver was bilingual, which made the whole thing that much easier.
Con los pequeños, coordinar el traslado a Disney’s Riviera Resort significó nada de correr al aterrizar. Nuestro vuelo llegó tarde y el conductor seguía ahí esperando — sin cargo extra, nada que resolver.
