From $590 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, door to door up Florida’s Turnpike.
Each rate below is the whole-vehicle price for your entire group, set the moment you reserve and held flat regardless of hour, traffic, or demand.
Typical pickup is at the arrivals curb: as you exit the terminal with your bags, your driver is already in place, having tracked your flight so the pickup matches your real landing. Prefer to be met inside? A name-sign greeting in the terminal is a $20 add-on, held where you clear the building. Either way there is no app to reopen and no rideshare lot to comb — just a reserved car ready for the run north.
The cleanest way to cover the distance is one vehicle kept for your party and taken directly from MIA to the lodge entrance. Share the details on WhatsApp or the website — arrival date, headcount, which resort door — and a car is booked for your group alone, never shared with strangers and never sent to collect other riders. Your driver heads up Florida’s Turnpike toward the Walt Disney World area and pulls up at the address you gave. That one reservation covers the full door-to-door run to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, fare already agreed.
Three private classes cover any group, and each is held only for your travelers:
Built around an African-savanna theme, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge sits inside Walt Disney World on the southwest side of the property, in the Animal Kingdom resort area. Rooms and viewing decks overlook open grassland where giraffes, zebras and other wildlife graze in plain sight, and the safari styling carries into the buildings, the restaurants and the pools, making the resort a destination on its own. One thing to know before you ride: the lodge is really two houses on one savanna — Jambo House and Kidani Village — each with a separate driveway and front desk, so name the one on your booking and the car pulls up at that door. A short hop across the resort area sits Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park, home to safari rides and adventure lands; the resort’s own Animal Kingdom Lodge page fills in the rest before you travel.
The run measures 235 miles — about 378 kilometers — and takes 236 to 242 minutes door to door, roughly four hours. Almost all of it is steady highway: your driver follows Florida’s Turnpike north out of the Miami area toward the Orlando resorts, skipping surface streets for nearly the whole way. Morning departures usually sit near the lower figure; afternoon and evening starts meet heavier volume near the metro exits and the Orlando approach, edging toward the upper one. Since the fare is fixed before you roll, a slow stretch changes the arrival minute, never the number you pay.
Every toll, SunPass beep and gallon of fuel is folded into the price you confirm, so the long Turnpike haul adds nothing when you arrive. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, handy across the four-hour drive, and a bilingual driver — English with Spanish or Portuguese — comes typical, not as an upsell. One child seat for a little one under five rides free; each seat beyond that is $20, confirmed at booking. Small pets are welcome with a heads-up on WhatsApp, riding in a carrier. The only real extras are a $20 in-terminal name sign, added child seats, the after-hours pickup below, and any extra stop at $45 per half hour.
You settle up by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent on WhatsApp or the site. Half the fare is due when you reserve, locking in the vehicle and your date; the balance goes to the driver on travel day. Each amount covers the entire vehicle for your whole party, never a per-person charge. Pricing is one-way by default, so if you want the return too, the round journey is just the one-way figure doubled for the same class, kept in one reservation so both legs hold the same number.
Pickups between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. A ride that begins outside that window — a pre-dawn arrival or a late-night landing — adds a small amount set by vehicle type, applied once for the journey.
Your driver watches the inbound flight the whole way in and shifts the pickup to match when you actually touch down, so a late arrival never means a missed car or a rebooking. There is nothing to reopen on your phone after landing; the car is simply there when you reach the curb.
The two share one savanna but not one building — each keeps a separate driveway, front desk and bag handling, and Disney’s own shuttles count them as two different stops. Name the one on your booking and the car rolls straight to that lobby instead of the wrong one, sparing a tired group the most maddening ten minutes of a long day. Not sure which you reserved? Your driver can help sort it over WhatsApp ahead of pickup.
Per vehicle, every time. The single figure in the price list up top carries your entire party, whether five of you fill the SUV or fourteen ride the largest van, so adding travelers inside a tier’s limit never lifts what you owe. Group size only decides which class you book.
Both answers are right, from different angles. Mail goes to 2901 Osceola Pkwy in Orlando, ZIP 32830 — the city any booking form wants — while the land itself sits on Walt Disney World property bordering Lake Buena Vista. Either name works; after 235 miles the drive ends at that Osceola Parkway gate.
One-way is the default, and the return simply doubles it: book both legs together and the same class of vehicle carries you back to MIA — or on to another airport or port — at the one-way figure times two. Keeping it in one reservation locks a single driver and a confirmed pickup for each direction.
Ready to lock in the private ride to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge? Send your flight details, party size, pickup date, the resort lobby, and whether you want one-way or round journey, and the vehicle tier and exact fare come back to you. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 for the quickest reply, or call 786-682-8748, then place the 50% deposit to hold the car.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
The two of us flew into Miami for vacation and had a driver waiting the moment we reached arrivals. The driver was clearly experienced, exactly what you want after a flight. Booking was easy, we got the pickup details in writing, and everything matched what we were told.
Landing with tired kids, it made all the difference that the driver was right there at arrivals with room for everyone. The driver dropped us exactly where we needed to be. Our flight was delayed and the driver was still there waiting — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.
Con los pequeños, coordinar el traslado a Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge significó cero estrés al aterrizar. El conductor era hablaba inglés y español sin problema, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil.
Landing with tired kids, it made all the difference that the driver was right there at arrivals with room for everyone. It was a private car for our party alone, which made the ride to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge easy and calm. We were picked up right on time, no delays.
Traveling with our little ones, I was NOT about to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. The driver loaded all our bags so we didn’t have to lift a thing after the flight.
