From $600 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection.
Each rate below covers the whole vehicle for the one-way run, fixed the moment you book — no surge, no per-head math, no change for traffic.
Curbside pickup at your Miami International Airport arrivals terminal is typical, and the meet-and-greet is built into the fare. The driver watches your inbound flight in real time, so the timing follows your actual landing rather than the printed schedule. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with your name on a sign? That add-on runs $40 and can be arranged when you book. From the curb it is a straight run north toward Castle Hotel — no stop to gather other travelers, since the SUV or van stays private to your party.
Plan on roughly 249 to 251 minutes from the airport curb to the hotel door, a little past the four-hour mark, over the 242.3 miles — 390.0 kilometres — up to Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection. Nearly the whole way runs north up Florida’s Turnpike, the fastest road from South Florida into the Central Florida resort belt, so the spread between a calm morning and a busy afternoon stays narrow. Setting off between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM — the no-surcharge daytime window — sidesteps the heaviest traffic at both ends of the run. Build in a cushion if a same-day flight or a timed reservation is waiting at the far end.
The route offers three private classes, each held for your group alone at one flat per-vehicle rate. Choose by headcount and luggage: the Black SUV carries up to 5 travelers with bags, while a van seats 6 to 9, and the largest handles 10 to 14. Because the price attaches to the car and not the seat, a full van splits low across a large family. One-way is the normal booking here, and a round trip just doubles the one-way — book both legs together so your return home is locked before takeoff.
A turreted, castle-styled property, Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection stands out from the flat-roofed hotels lining the corridor. It sits inside Central Florida’s busiest tourism belt, a district built around conventions, theme parks, and family fun, with restaurants and shops filling the blocks nearby. The Autograph Collection label is Marriott’s way of flagging independent hotels that hold onto their own design and character rather than a uniform chain look — which is why this property reads nothing like a typical roadside stop. Look over the rooms and grounds on the property’s official page, or preview the design in the photo gallery before you set out.
The vehicle belongs to your party for the whole run — no shared seats, no detours to collect strangers, no timetable to wait on. The flat fare is set the moment you confirm, so a holiday-weekend rush or a weather snag never moves the number you agreed to. Every driver on the route speaks English along with Spanish or Portuguese, which smooths the arrival questions after a long flight, and a direct WhatsApp line keeps a real person one message away before pickup. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel across the whole route are folded into the fare already, and an onboard hotspot supplies WiFi to settle plans as you head north.
Any pickup that starts within daytime hours — 7:00 AM through 6:00 PM — carries no extra charge. Step outside that window and a night amount applies, scaled to the vehicle:
Payment comes in two parts: half up front to hold the vehicle for your slot, and the other half settled with the driver on the day you travel. Send the deposit through Venmo or Zelle, or a secure link over WhatsApp or the website — the amount is charged per vehicle, so it never shifts with the passenger count. The first child seat rides free for kids under five, and each seat beyond that adds $20, agreed when you reserve. Need an added stop en route? Each runs $45 per 30 minutes, arranged ahead so the driver builds it into the plan.
No — the driver tracks your inbound flight and shifts the pickup to your real landing time at no extra charge. An early touchdown or a long delay both take care of themselves, with nothing to re-book. You walk out of the terminal and the SUV or van is already there.
Per vehicle, never per traveler. The whole group rides for the one flat rate listed above, whether a couple takes the SUV or a full party fills the largest van. Divided among everyone aboard, the per-person share usually sits well under separate seats, and the total never budges, whatever the traffic.
Trips start at either MIA or PortMiami, so a cruise-and-stay plan can launch from the seaport just as easily. Landing at any other gateway means a trip cannot originate there, though the reverse — dropping you at another airport, port, or city in the region — is no problem. For this booking the private car sets off from MIA and carries you nonstop to Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection.
Count on one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger as the typical allowance, which fits most arrivals. Bigger or extra pieces are fine — send the count over WhatsApp beforehand and the right room gets confirmed, or you shift up to a larger van. Naming the bag load early is what keeps the correct vehicle on hold for your slot.
The base fare already carries the private vehicle, the bilingual driver, and every toll, SunPass charge, and gallon of fuel on the run. A short list sits outside it: the in-terminal name-sign meet at $40, any child seat past the first free one at $20 each, a night surcharge on pickups outside daytime hours, and an added stop at $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets ride along with advance notice on WhatsApp, tucked in a carrier. Every extra is confirmed at booking, so nothing surprises you at the curb.
Send your flight number, group size, and travel date over WhatsApp or by phone at 786-682-8748, and your vehicle, pickup time, and flat fare are locked before you fly.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
I wanted to skip the whole rideshare scramble at MIA, so I set up a private car to Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection. They tracked the landing, so even though I got in behind schedule, the car was ready and waiting. The driver dropped me exactly where I needed to be. Can’t recommend it enough.
We came to Florida for our anniversary and kicking it off with a private airport pickup set the tone. Booking was easy, we got the pickup details in writing, and everything matched what we were told. No taxi line, no standing around waiting on an app — we just walked out and the car was ready.
Traveling alone, I wanted arrival handled coming out of Miami Airport, and this couldn’t have been easier. Honestly the smoothest part of my whole trip — everything was handled from the second I landed.
