From $100 per vehicle — a private, one-way ride from MIA to Biscayne Gardens at a flat, door-to-door rate.
Each price below buys the whole vehicle rather than a seat, and it is fixed the moment you reserve. Pick the tier that matches your party and the flat rate holds no matter what I-95 is doing that hour.
Miami International is laid out as one long terminal split into North, Central, and South areas, and the airline you fly decides which door you walk out of — so your flight number, plus the operating carrier on any codeshare ticket, tells the driver exactly where to stage. A meet-and-greet is part of every booking: the driver follows your inbound flight and is at the curb as you come out with your bags. If you would rather be met inside arrivals with your name on a sign, that personal greeting is available for an added $40. The evening before the ride, a text brings the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, so there is never a question about which car is yours.
The trip north covers 12.3 miles (19.7 km), nearly all of it on I-95 through the northeast corner of Miami-Dade. In light traffic the door-to-door run lands near 22 minutes; through the morning and late-afternoon rush it can stretch toward 36. Overnight and late-evening pickups usually finish at the quicker end, while weekday commutes and Friday afternoons sit at the slower one. Since the price is locked to the vehicle, a rush-hour crawl costs the same as a midnight run, and the total never moves with the clock. The driver reads conditions live and takes the cleanest path to your Biscayne Gardens street.
Biscayne Gardens is a settled residential pocket of northeast Miami-Dade, sitting beside North Miami and an easy hop from the Biscayne Boulevard corridor. Expect a quiet, suburban feel — single-family homes, shaded streets, small shopping plazas, and community parks rather than hotel towers or nightlife. That makes it a calm base for anyone visiting relatives, dropping in for a local event, or using the northeast county as a launch point toward greater Miami’s beaches, restaurants, and offices. Because so much of the area is residential, many arrivals stay with family or along the neighboring stretches toward North Miami and Biscayne Boulevard; wherever the address sits, the private ride ends at that exact door. For neighborhood background, the Biscayne Gardens neighborhood association is a useful start, and green space is close by at the county park.
Every booking is a private vehicle held for one party — no pooling, no strangers, no side pickups along the way. The rate is set when you reserve, so weather, demand, and a delayed plane leave it untouched. Drivers are bilingual, speaking English alongside Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps arrival plans simple for travelers landing from abroad. Flight tracking comes standard, so an early or late plane simply re-times the pickup at no charge. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel already sit inside the price, the driver loads and unloads the bags, and onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot for messaging ahead on the drive. From the first click to the front door, it stays one confirmed car, one flat price, and one person to reach.
A 50% deposit locks the booking — send it by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link — and the balance goes to the driver on your journey day. The charge is per vehicle for the whole group, never per head, so filling the open seats up to capacity changes nothing on the bill. Pricing is one-way, and a round trip is simply that one-way fare doubled: book both legs together and the same driver and confirmed time cover the return to MIA. Nothing extra is collected at the curb beyond the agreed balance.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no add-on. A ride that begins outside that window carries a small night fee; for the SUV, because the drop-off sits inside Miami-Dade, that fee is a flat $20. If the trip needs a stop along the way, each extra 30 minutes of waiting is billed at $45. Both are spelled out at booking, so the total is settled before your journey day starts.
No extra charge applies. The driver is watching your flight as it approaches and simply moves the pickup when the plane is late or early. Courtesy waiting runs two hours after an international landing and one hour after a domestic one, so the car is at the curb once you clear MIA.
Yes to each, with a little notice up front. A child seat is available for $20, arranged when you book. Small pets ride along when you flag it over WhatsApp first and journey secured in a carrier. The standard allowance is a checked bag plus a carry-on per rider; if the group is packing more, a WhatsApp note beforehand lets the driver confirm the room or move you into a larger van.
Arrival pickups start at Miami International and at PortMiami, running straight to the door. In the other direction, drop-offs head out to airports, seaports, and cities across South Florida. Share the two ends and your timing over WhatsApp, and the vehicle and pickup time are set for each leg.
A round trip is priced as two one-way rides — the same fare, doubled, for the identical vehicle. Reserve both legs in a single booking and one driver on a set pickup time handles both the arrival and the later return to MIA. Locking both directions early makes it easier to line up your exact flights.
Booking at least 24 hours before pickup secures confirmed availability, and shorter-notice requests are reviewed one by one. The night before the ride, a text carries the driver’s name, the vehicle, the plate, and exact curbside directions. Sending your flight number, party size, and Biscayne Gardens address early gives the driver everything needed to be in position when you land.
Ready to lock in the ride to or from Biscayne Gardens? Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, group size, and pickup address, and the vehicle, driver, and flat rate come back confirmed. Booking at least 24 hours ahead secures availability; mention any child seat, extra bags, or a pet in the same message.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
First time flying into Miami by myself to stay in Biscayne Gardens, and having someone there at arrivals made it so easy. The driver dropped me exactly where I needed to be. My flight came in late and the driver had tracked it — not a worry at all.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to Biscayne Gardens. Our flight was delayed and the driver adjusted with no problem — no extra charge, nothing.
I got into Miami after a long day of travel and it was so nice to have a driver already waiting to take me out to Biscayne Gardens. I liked it so much I booked them again for the ride back to the airport.
My wife and I booked a private transfer from MIA to Biscayne Gardens so we wouldn’t have to wait for a rideshare after our flight.
