Pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM carry a flat night fee of $20, whichever vehicle you book; a daytime start carries none. Traveling with small children is simple: one child seat or booster comes included on request, and each additional seat is $20. Unlike a one-way transfer, hourly service has no stop fee at all. Inside the service area you may stop as often as you like, for as long as you like, and the chauffeur waits with the vehicle every time, all within the hourly rate.
The black SUV takes up to 5 passengers with their luggage; the vans carry 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 with room for the bags. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases travel and the right vehicle is assigned.
Up to 12 hours before the pickup you can adjust the reservation: add hours to the block, update the passenger count or luggage, request a child seat, or set a new start time on the same day. Extra hours added in advance are billed at the hourly rate shown above. Dates are fixed at booking and do not move to a different day, so pick the date with care before you pay. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
