From $100 per hour, 5-hour minimum: a private chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal from Coconut Grove for Kaseya Center.
Every rate below is per hour and per vehicle: the driver’s time, fuel, tolls and as many stops as you like inside the service area are part of the number. The 5-hour minimum applies to every class, and you can book from five to fifteen hours. The three standard classes are listed under this paragraph; the Platinum SUV, an Escalade or Navigator class vehicle for up to five passengers, is an upgrade on request at $140 per hour.
The starting point is simple: your hotel entrance, your front door or your office lobby in Coconut Grove, at the time you booked. The chauffeur helps with bags or shopping, settles everyone in and heads for the first place on your list, then waits with the vehicle at each stop all day. Anywhere in the greater Miami area works as a pickup, from Fort Lauderdale down to Cutler Bay, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne included. If the address sits outside that area, Homestead or Orlando for instance, you receive a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Coconut Grove sits as a leafy, walkable pocket of Miami, and an evening at Kaseya Center begins right there at your door. The arena stands in Downtown Miami along Biscayne Boulevard, next to the bay and a short stroll from Bayside Marketplace. Because your chauffeur is booked by the hour, the run downtown is only the first piece of the block rather than the whole errand.
Most groups build the night around more than the Heat game or the concert itself. An early dinner along the Coconut Grove waterfront or over in Brickell, a pause near CocoWalk for the children, or a slow look at the neighborhood’s historic streets all fold into the same reserved hours. Your driver waits between each of these and then carries the whole party downtown together when it is time to head in, so nobody splits off or coordinates a separate ride.
At the arena the chauffeur brings you to the drop-off closest to your entry gate, so you step out near the doors instead of walking in from a distant space. From there the driver handles the garage and stays nearby, on the clock, through the game or the show. When the final buzzer or the encore lands, the same vehicle is exactly where you left it, and everyone rides back to the Grove together without hunting for a car on Biscayne Boulevard.
The block starts when your chauffeur pulls up to your Coconut Grove address, hotel, or office and loads everyone in. From that first pickup the same driver and the same vehicle stay with your party across the whole reservation, so there is no meeting a fresh car at each stop. Bags and coats ride along in between, which means nothing to carry into a restaurant or hand off along the way.
Because the hours are yours, the plan can shift as the evening does. Add a stop, linger longer over dinner, or set off for the arena earlier than planned, and the driver simply adjusts around you. As the block winds down, the chauffeur returns everyone to Coconut Grove; if the night runs longer than you booked, extra time is arranged directly with your driver on the spot.
Calling a separate car for each leg of the day means a new wait, a new price and a new driver every time, and the bags come out and go back in at each stop. Driving yourself means parking fees, one person who cannot join the toast, and a car left far from the last venue. A chauffeur by the hour removes both problems: the vehicle waits at each stop, the plan can change as the day unfolds, and the whole group travels in one car from first pickup to last drop-off.
No. A 50% deposit at checkout is enough to lock in the driver, the vehicle and the hours before the day starts; the balance is settled with your chauffeur on the day, cash or card. Prefer to pay everything online? Pick Pay in full at checkout and nothing is due later. Extra time is easy to add: if you want to keep going after the booked hours, arrange it directly with your chauffeur at the same hourly rate. The 5-hour minimum stands even if you finish earlier than planned.
Pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM carry a flat night fee of $20, whichever vehicle you book; a daytime start carries none. Traveling with small children is simple: one child seat or booster comes included on request, and each additional seat is $20. Unlike a one-way transfer, hourly service has no stop fee at all. Inside the service area you may stop as often as you like, for as long as you like, and the chauffeur waits with the vehicle every time, all within the hourly rate.
The black SUV takes up to 5 passengers with their luggage; the vans carry 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 with room for the bags. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases travel and the right vehicle is assigned.
Plans move, and the booking can move with them up to 12 hours before the pickup: a longer block, another passenger, a child seat or a different start time on the booked date are all fine. Anything you add is priced at the same hourly rate. The one thing that does not change is the date, which is locked at booking and cannot be moved to another day, so check it carefully before you confirm. Once the day is under way, extra hours are agreed directly with the chauffeur.
Message us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your date, passenger count and luggage, and we confirm the vehicle and the pickup details.
Booking a few days ahead is ideal, and for weddings, big game nights, holidays and spring break a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle free. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome when a chauffeur is available, but those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We work on reservations rather than on-demand pickups, so a same-day booking depends on which chauffeurs are free. The widget on this page shows the times still open; if you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will check. A booking made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
Every hourly booking starts at 5 hours, so the smallest reservation is $500 in the black SUV. Your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for you alone for that whole block, with no other jobs squeezed around it, which is what keeps your day flexible. You can book anywhere from 5 to 15 hours.
The black SUV for up to 5 passengers is $100 per hour, the van for 6 to 9 passengers is $120 per hour, the van XL for 10 to 14 is $140 per hour, and the Platinum SUV upgrade is $140 per hour. Choose your hours in the widget on this page and it shows the full total before you book.
Your chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel and tolls for the booked hours, plus as many stops as you like inside our service area. There is no charge per stop on hourly service and the chauffeur stays with you the entire time, so the total you see at checkout is the total for the day.
No. A 50% deposit holds the chauffeur and the hours when you book online, and the other half goes to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Portuguese if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
You can end the day whenever you like and your chauffeur drops you wherever you choose. The booked hours are reserved for you alone, so the minimum you paid for still applies and unused time is not refunded. Plan a little generously and you will never feel rushed.
Anywhere inside our service area: your hotel lobby, home, office or event venue. We book against a full street address, so the widget asks for the exact spot in the neighborhood named on this page. Your chauffeur pulls up at the door at the booked time and waits for you there.
The greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale and its airport down to Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Doral, Weston and Kendall. Homestead, Pompano, Sunrise and Orlando sit outside it; those pickups get a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Yes, that is exactly what hourly service is for. Your chauffeur waits nearby while you shop, sit down for dinner, visit a client or watch the game, then picks you up at the door when you are ready. Waiting time is simply part of your booked hours, never billed separately.
Of course. Unlimited stops inside the service area are included, and you do not need to fix the route in advance. Tell your chauffeur where you would like to go next and the day adapts to you, whether that is three stops or twelve, as long as the car stays within the area.
A flat $20 night fee is added when your pickup time falls between 9 PM and 7 AM. It is shown in the quote before you book and does not grow with the length of the booking. Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge, even if your day ends late in the evening.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. The first seat or booster is included with your booking, each additional one is $20, and they are fitted before the chauffeur leaves for the pickup.
Bring what you need. The SUV carries your group plus a full trunk, and a van gives you far more room for shopping hauls, event gear or suitcases. Your chauffeur loads and unloads at every stop, and everything stays locked in the vehicle while you are out, so you can walk around unburdened.
The black SUV seats up to 5, the van up to 9 and the van XL up to 14. Enter your passenger count in the widget and it selects the smallest vehicle that fits, so you never pay for space you do not use. Groups above 14 get a custom quote with two vehicles or a minibus.
A Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator class SUV for up to 5 passengers at $140 per hour. It is never assigned automatically; you choose it in the widget when you want the roomier cabin and the more formal look for a wedding, a client visit or a special night out.
Yes, these are our most common hourly bookings. A chauffeur for the wedding party, a full day of client visits, a group heading to the stadium or the arena, or a night out with dinner and a show all fit the same simple booking. Book the hours you need and tell us the plan.
Yes, when the pickup is inside the service area, which covers both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at arrivals with the vehicle; hourly service has no inside-terminal greeting. Your hours start at the booked pickup time, so allow some margin after landing.
The day before the booking we send your chauffeur’s name and phone number along with the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on this page show the class booked; the exact model can vary. Your chauffeur also confirms every detail with you before the day.
Message us on WhatsApp using the contact details in your confirmation and we connect you right away. Your chauffeur is always dispatched to the exact address you booked, so stay at that spot; if you have moved, tell us where you are and we pass it on immediately.
Never. Every hourly booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur are yours alone for the whole block, with no other pickups, no other groups and no waiting for strangers. Whoever you bring along rides with you, and the car stays at your disposal between stops.
Tipping is not required and is entirely at your discretion. If your chauffeur made the day easier, a gratuity at the end is always appreciated, and it goes entirely to the driver. There is no right amount; give what feels fair to you, or nothing at all, and nobody will mind.
Almost none. The hourly rate covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and unlimited stops in the area. Only three things can add to it: the 3% card processing fee shown at checkout, the $20 night fee for pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any child seat or booster beyond the first one.
With three kids in tow, we booked a private van and driver by the hour from our hotel in Coconut Grove for a family day out. The booster was installed when we came down and stayed in place at every stop, which was one less thing to think about. We got a text the night before confirming the time in Coconut Grove, and the car was already there — nothing to chase. Would book the hours again in a heartbeat.
There were seven of us going out for the game from Coconut Grove, and one van with a driver who waited at every stop was way simpler than a pile of separate rides. The driver took the back way around Kaseya Center better than any app, and we made every stop on time. We went from one stop to the next around Kaseya Center with the same car waiting each time, and it just worked.
Moving all of us between several stops is usually chaos — one van, one driver, one block of hours from Coconut Grove made it effortless. The SUV fit all of us and everything we brought — coolers included — with room to spare. The black SUV was immaculate the whole time, a relief in the Miami heat.
A private car and driver for the two of us, by the hour, from our door in Coconut Grove — the best way we’ve found to spend an evening in the city. Where the crowds were thickest, the driver got us as close as the road allowed, and on the way out he found us the moment we came out.
