From $100 per hour, 5-hour minimum: a private chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal from Surfside for Special Events.
You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur by the hour, and the hourly figure is the whole price: fuel, tolls, the driver and unlimited stops inside the service area are included, with no surcharge per stop. A five-hour minimum applies, so the black SUV starts at $500 and each further hour is $100. Below are the per-hour rates for the three standard classes; a Platinum SUV upgrade is offered on request at $140 per hour.
Book with a full street address in Surfside and a start time; the chauffeur confirms the details and is waiting outside when you come down. No counter, no queue: just your vehicle and your driver for as many hours as you booked, heading first to the stop you name. Pickups are served across the greater Miami area, Fort Lauderdale and FLL included, south to Cutler Bay and west to Weston and Doral. Homestead, Pompano and Orlando sit outside that area; an address there gets a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Surfside is one of Miami’s quieter oceanfront pockets, and that calm makes it an easy place to begin a big night. When the occasion is a special event, your booking starts right at a Surfside address — your own street, a hotel lobby, or the office — with one premium vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur reserved for your party alone. Because the block runs five hours or more, the whole celebration rides on a single plan rather than a scramble of separate cars.
Special events cover a lot of ground: galas and anniversaries, graduations and reunions, concerts and milestone birthdays, proms and awards evenings. From a Surfside starting point one chauffeur can carry the entire night — drinks and a table on Lincoln Road or in Brickell, an awards dinner downtown, a headline act at one of the city’s arenas, then Wynwood for a nightcap or South Beach for a last toast. An anniversary might move from a Coconut Grove restaurant to a waterfront spot for photographs; a graduation gathers everyone at once and takes them from the ceremony to the party in one trip.
You supply the addresses, and the chauffeur works out the sequence, the waiting and the timing so the guest of honor never has to check a watch or ask who is driving whom. The vehicle belongs to your group for the whole block, so the celebration stays together from the first pickup to the final goodbye. One reservation quietly takes the place of a dozen small arrangements, and nobody in the party spends the evening thinking about the drive.
The block opens at your Surfside door, on time, with the bags loaded and the group settled before you pull away. From there the chauffeur stays with the party for the whole reservation — waiting at each stop rather than leaving, keeping your bags in the vehicle between venues, and pulling up at the entrance the moment everyone is ready to move again.
Plans can shift as the day goes: a stop somebody forgot slots in, a lunch that runs long simply pushes the rest of the route back, and the running order can be rearranged on the fly over WhatsApp. When the block is winding down, extra time is arranged directly with your chauffeur, so a night that decides to keep going never has to end at a fixed hour.
The vehicle, the driver and the time are yours: one black SUV or van for your party alone, a chauffeur who knows the area and waits at every stop, and a price fixed before the day begins. Corporate visits with several offices to reach, a birthday dinner followed by a club, or a shopping run across town all work the same way. Luggage and purchases ride along, the route follows your wishes rather than a schedule, and there is no parking to pay for or a car to retrieve afterwards.
Half of the total is paid online when you reserve, by card through a secure checkout, and the other half is handed to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. The total covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and every stop inside the service area, so nothing else is added on the day. If you decide to keep the vehicle beyond the booked hours, you arrange the extra time with your chauffeur at the same rate per hour. A day cut short still counts as the 5-hour minimum.
Late starts are welcome, and only the pickup time matters: when the pickup falls between 9 PM and 7 AM, a flat $20 night fee is added, the same for the SUV, the van and the van XL. Children ride safely too: the first child seat or booster is included when you request it at booking, and each additional one is $20. Stops need no extra line on the bill, since every stop inside the service area is already part of the hourly rate, however many you make.
The black SUV takes up to 5 passengers with their luggage; the vans carry 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 with room for the bags. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases travel and the right vehicle is assigned.
Edits to an hourly booking, such as adding hours, changing the number of passengers, adding a child seat or shifting the start time on the same date, are accepted until 12 hours before the pickup. Added hours are charged at the same hourly rate as the original block. Hours you might need beyond that are handled on the day directly with your chauffeur. Moving the date to another day is not possible after booking, so confirm it before you complete the checkout.

Booking a few days ahead is ideal, and for weddings, big game nights, holidays and spring break a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle free. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome when a chauffeur is available, but those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We work on reservations rather than on-demand pickups, so a same-day booking depends on which chauffeurs are free. The widget on this page shows the times still open; if you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will check. A booking made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
Every hourly booking starts at 5 hours, so the smallest reservation is $500 in the black SUV. Your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for you alone for that whole block, with no other jobs squeezed around it, which is what keeps your day flexible. You can book anywhere from 5 to 15 hours.
The black SUV for up to 5 passengers is $100 per hour, the van for 6 to 9 passengers is $120 per hour, the van XL for 10 to 14 is $140 per hour, and the Platinum SUV upgrade is $140 per hour. Choose your hours in the widget on this page and it shows the full total before you book.
Your chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel and tolls for the booked hours, plus as many stops as you like inside our service area. There is no charge per stop on hourly service and the chauffeur stays with you the entire time, so the total you see at checkout is the total for the day.
No. A 50% deposit holds the chauffeur and the hours when you book online, and the other half goes to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Portuguese if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
You can end the day whenever you like and your chauffeur drops you wherever you choose. The booked hours are reserved for you alone, so the minimum you paid for still applies and unused time is not refunded. Plan a little generously and you will never feel rushed.
Anywhere inside our service area: your hotel lobby, home, office or event venue. We book against a full street address, so the widget asks for the exact spot in the neighborhood named on this page. Your chauffeur pulls up at the door at the booked time and waits for you there.
The greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale and its airport down to Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Doral, Weston and Kendall. Homestead, Pompano, Sunrise and Orlando sit outside it; those pickups get a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Yes, that is exactly what hourly service is for. Your chauffeur waits nearby while you shop, sit down for dinner, visit a client or watch the game, then picks you up at the door when you are ready. Waiting time is simply part of your booked hours, never billed separately.
Of course. Unlimited stops inside the service area are included, and you do not need to fix the route in advance. Tell your chauffeur where you would like to go next and the day adapts to you, whether that is three stops or twelve, as long as the car stays within the area.
A flat $20 night fee is added when your pickup time falls between 9 PM and 7 AM. It is shown in the quote before you book and does not grow with the length of the booking. Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge, even if your day ends late in the evening.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. The first seat or booster is included with your booking, each additional one is $20, and they are fitted before the chauffeur leaves for the pickup.
Bring what you need. The SUV carries your group plus a full trunk, and a van gives you far more room for shopping hauls, event gear or suitcases. Your chauffeur loads and unloads at every stop, and everything stays locked in the vehicle while you are out, so you can walk around unburdened.
The black SUV seats up to 5, the van up to 9 and the van XL up to 14. Enter your passenger count in the widget and it selects the smallest vehicle that fits, so you never pay for space you do not use. Groups above 14 get a custom quote with two vehicles or a minibus.
A Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator class SUV for up to 5 passengers at $140 per hour. It is never assigned automatically; you choose it in the widget when you want the roomier cabin and the more formal look for a wedding, a client visit or a special night out.
Yes, these are our most common hourly bookings. A chauffeur for the wedding party, a full day of client visits, a group heading to the stadium or the arena, or a night out with dinner and a show all fit the same simple booking. Book the hours you need and tell us the plan.
Yes, when the pickup is inside the service area, which covers both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at arrivals with the vehicle; hourly service has no inside-terminal greeting. Your hours start at the booked pickup time, so allow some margin after landing.
The day before the booking we send your chauffeur’s name and phone number along with the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on this page show the class booked; the exact model can vary. Your chauffeur also confirms every detail with you before the day.
Message us on WhatsApp using the contact details in your confirmation and we connect you right away. Your chauffeur is always dispatched to the exact address you booked, so stay at that spot; if you have moved, tell us where you are and we pass it on immediately.
Never. Every hourly booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur are yours alone for the whole block, with no other pickups, no other groups and no waiting for strangers. Whoever you bring along rides with you, and the car stays at your disposal between stops.
Tipping is not required and is entirely at your discretion. If your chauffeur made the day easier, a gratuity at the end is always appreciated, and it goes entirely to the driver. There is no right amount; give what feels fair to you, or nothing at all, and nobody will mind.
Almost none. The hourly rate covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and unlimited stops in the area. Only three things can add to it: the 3% card processing fee shown at checkout, the $20 night fee for pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any child seat or booster beyond the first one.
Moving all of us between dinner, drinks and a late stop is usually chaos — one van, one driver, one block of hours from Surfside made it effortless. At every stop the driver waited right outside, so we never once looked at our phone for a ride.
For the game, all of us rode together from Surfside in a private van that was right there when we came out. The driver knew the traffic around Special Events like a local, and we made every stop on time. The driver was professional and discreet, which let us relax completely.
My partner and I were staying in Surfside and booked a driver for an afternoon and evening to go wherever we felt like. No circling the block, no meter — we got dropped and picked up at each door, and the car was there when we were done. Errands all over town — our place in Surfside first, then back-to-back stops — with the same chauffeur waiting at every door and our bags never leaving the car.
Our family of five hired a chauffeur for a block of hours from Surfside so we could run the day on the kids’ schedule. Booking the hours online ahead of time was simple: a couple of taps and a confirmation, and nothing was added at the end.
We booked a chauffeur for the night from our place in Surfside so we could have wine with dinner and still get home in comfort. The chauffeur was happy in English or Spanish, which made the whole day nicer. The driver was a smooth, careful driver, never once in a hurry.
