From $100 per hour, 5-hour minimum: a private chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal from Miami Beach for Special Events.
Hourly service is priced per vehicle, not per person, and the hourly rate already covers your chauffeur, the fuel, the tolls and unlimited stops inside the service area. Bookings start at a 5-hour minimum, so the black SUV begins at $500 for five hours at $100 per hour. The ladder below lists each class per hour; a Platinum SUV of the Escalade or Navigator class is available on request at $140 per hour.
Your chauffeur comes to the street address you give in Miami Beach, a hotel, your front door or an office, and is there at the time you chose. The vehicle then stays with you: the first stop is wherever you say, and the driver waits at each one. The service area is the greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale down to Cutler Bay and west to Weston and West Kendall, with Key Biscayne and Miami Beach inside it. If your address falls outside, the booking form offers a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Miami Beach opens onto the whole celebration map, and an evening out here begins right where you already are — collected along South Beach or Lincoln Road, garment bags carried flat, the party gathered into one cabin before the first toast. From that first pickup the chauffeur stays with you, so the night belongs to the occasion rather than to the logistics of getting from one address to the next.
Special events take many shapes, and the hourly block bends to each one. Galas and anniversary dinners, graduations and reunions, retirement parties, engagements, birthdays and holiday celebrations all fit inside a single reservation. A formal evening might set the party down at a ballroom entrance on Collins Avenue while the driver holds at the curb through dinner and the reception; a lighter afternoon might loop between the Art Deco backdrops of Ocean Drive, the muraled walls of Wynwood, and the waterfront at Bayside Marketplace for portraits, standing by at each so nobody hunts a parking space or splits into separate cars.
Because one driver anchors every stop, the pace of the occasion rests in your hands. The same vehicle carries the whole group onward to a downtown theater show or an anniversary table in Brickell or Coconut Grove, then brings everyone home together at the end. Grandparents, guests and the honoree ride in one cabin instead of scattering across the map, and a formal night runs on your own timing rather than on someone else’s route.
The block starts at your door in Miami Beach — your own street address, a hotel, or an office — at the time you set. Your chauffeur is already there with the vehicle, bags go straight in, and the party steps aboard together. From that point the driver stays with you across the five-hour minimum, waiting at every stop while you celebrate inside, so there is never a car to re-book or a curb to negotiate between venues.
Coats and gifts stay in the vehicle from one address to the next, and the plan can shift as the evening does — add a stop, linger longer over dinner, or reorder the route on the fly, and the same driver simply adjusts. When the block winds down you close it where you like, and if the celebration runs long, extra hours are arranged directly with your chauffeur on the day.
Calling a separate car for each leg of the day means a new wait, a new price and a new driver every time, and the bags come out and go back in at each stop. Driving yourself means parking fees, one person who cannot join the toast, and a car left far from the last venue. A chauffeur by the hour removes both problems: the vehicle waits at each stop, the plan can change as the day unfolds, and the whole group travels in one car from first pickup to last drop-off.
Half of the total is paid online when you reserve, by card through a secure checkout, and the other half is handed to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. The total covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and every stop inside the service area, so nothing else is added on the day. If you decide to keep the vehicle beyond the booked hours, you arrange the extra time with your chauffeur at the same rate per hour. A day cut short still counts as the 5-hour minimum.
Late starts are welcome, and only the pickup time matters: when the pickup falls between 9 PM and 7 AM, a flat $20 night fee is added, the same for the SUV, the van and the van XL. Children ride safely too: the first child seat or booster is included when you request it at booking, and each additional one is $20. Stops need no extra line on the bill, since every stop inside the service area is already part of the hourly rate, however many you make.
The black SUV takes up to 5 passengers with their luggage; the vans carry 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 with room for the bags. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases travel and the right vehicle is assigned.
Details can be adjusted up to 12 hours before the pickup: add an hour or two to the block, change the passenger count, request a child seat or move the start time within the same day. Added hours are billed at the same hourly rate as the original block. The date itself is fixed once booked and does not move to another day, so double-check it before you pay. On the day, any extra time beyond the booked hours is simply arranged with your chauffeur.
Reach us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748; send the date, passengers and luggage and the reservation is confirmed the same day.
Booking a few days ahead is ideal, and for weddings, big game nights, holidays and spring break a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle free. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome when a chauffeur is available, but those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We work on reservations rather than on-demand pickups, so a same-day booking depends on which chauffeurs are free. The widget on this page shows the times still open; if you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will check. A booking made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
Every hourly booking starts at 5 hours, so the smallest reservation is $500 in the black SUV. Your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for you alone for that whole block, with no other jobs squeezed around it, which is what keeps your day flexible. You can book anywhere from 5 to 15 hours.
The black SUV for up to 5 passengers is $100 per hour, the van for 6 to 9 passengers is $120 per hour, the van XL for 10 to 14 is $140 per hour, and the Platinum SUV upgrade is $140 per hour. Choose your hours in the widget on this page and it shows the full total before you book.
Your chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel and tolls for the booked hours, plus as many stops as you like inside our service area. There is no charge per stop on hourly service and the chauffeur stays with you the entire time, so the total you see at checkout is the total for the day.
No. A 50% deposit holds the chauffeur and the hours when you book online, and the other half goes to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Portuguese if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
You can end the day whenever you like and your chauffeur drops you wherever you choose. The booked hours are reserved for you alone, so the minimum you paid for still applies and unused time is not refunded. Plan a little generously and you will never feel rushed.
Anywhere inside our service area: your hotel lobby, home, office or event venue. We book against a full street address, so the widget asks for the exact spot in the neighborhood named on this page. Your chauffeur pulls up at the door at the booked time and waits for you there.
The greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale and its airport down to Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Doral, Weston and Kendall. Homestead, Pompano, Sunrise and Orlando sit outside it; those pickups get a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Yes, that is exactly what hourly service is for. Your chauffeur waits nearby while you shop, sit down for dinner, visit a client or watch the game, then picks you up at the door when you are ready. Waiting time is simply part of your booked hours, never billed separately.
Of course. Unlimited stops inside the service area are included, and you do not need to fix the route in advance. Tell your chauffeur where you would like to go next and the day adapts to you, whether that is three stops or twelve, as long as the car stays within the area.
A flat $20 night fee is added when your pickup time falls between 9 PM and 7 AM. It is shown in the quote before you book and does not grow with the length of the booking. Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge, even if your day ends late in the evening.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. The first seat or booster is included with your booking, each additional one is $20, and they are fitted before the chauffeur leaves for the pickup.
Bring what you need. The SUV carries your group plus a full trunk, and a van gives you far more room for shopping hauls, event gear or suitcases. Your chauffeur loads and unloads at every stop, and everything stays locked in the vehicle while you are out, so you can walk around unburdened.
The black SUV seats up to 5, the van up to 9 and the van XL up to 14. Enter your passenger count in the widget and it selects the smallest vehicle that fits, so you never pay for space you do not use. Groups above 14 get a custom quote with two vehicles or a minibus.
A Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator class SUV for up to 5 passengers at $140 per hour. It is never assigned automatically; you choose it in the widget when you want the roomier cabin and the more formal look for a wedding, a client visit or a special night out.
Yes, these are our most common hourly bookings. A chauffeur for the wedding party, a full day of client visits, a group heading to the stadium or the arena, or a night out with dinner and a show all fit the same simple booking. Book the hours you need and tell us the plan.
Yes, when the pickup is inside the service area, which covers both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at arrivals with the vehicle; hourly service has no inside-terminal greeting. Your hours start at the booked pickup time, so allow some margin after landing.
The day before the booking we send your chauffeur’s name and phone number along with the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on this page show the class booked; the exact model can vary. Your chauffeur also confirms every detail with you before the day.
Message us on WhatsApp using the contact details in your confirmation and we connect you right away. Your chauffeur is always dispatched to the exact address you booked, so stay at that spot; if you have moved, tell us where you are and we pass it on immediately.
Never. Every hourly booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur are yours alone for the whole block, with no other pickups, no other groups and no waiting for strangers. Whoever you bring along rides with you, and the car stays at your disposal between stops.
Tipping is not required and is entirely at your discretion. If your chauffeur made the day easier, a gratuity at the end is always appreciated, and it goes entirely to the driver. There is no right amount; give what feels fair to you, or nothing at all, and nobody will mind.
Almost none. The hourly rate covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and unlimited stops in the area. Only three things can add to it: the 3% card processing fee shown at checkout, the $20 night fee for pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any child seat or booster beyond the first one.
My partner and I were staying in Miami Beach and booked a driver for an afternoon and evening to see the city at our own pace. When things ran later than planned, extending the block was sorted in the car itself, no phone calls. At the main stop, the driver got us as close as the road allowed, and on the way out he had us clear of the traffic around Special Events while the lots were still emptying. Made the whole day so simple.
I booked a private chauffeur by the hour from my apartment in Miami Beach for a night out, and it was the smartest thing I did all trip. I changed the plan twice — a longer stop here, a place added there — and the driver just rolled with it.
Taking three generations around for the day from Miami Beach in one van, with a driver who waited at each stop, made everything simple. Every stop around Special Events ran door to door on our own schedule — just the next stop whenever we were ready.
We booked a chauffeur for the evening from our place in Miami Beach so we could have wine with dinner and still get home in comfort. No parking to hunt for, no walking back to a car — we got dropped and picked up at each door, and the car was there when we were done.
