From $100 per hour, 5-hour minimum: a private chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal from Bal Harbour.
You reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur by the hour, and the hourly figure is the whole price: fuel, tolls, the driver and unlimited stops inside the service area are included, with no surcharge per stop. A five-hour minimum applies, so the black SUV starts at $500 and each further hour is $100. Below are the per-hour rates for the three standard classes; a Platinum SUV upgrade is offered on request at $140 per hour.
Your chauffeur comes to the street address you give in Bal Harbour, a hotel, your front door or an office, and is there at the time you chose. The vehicle then stays with you: the first stop is wherever you say, and the driver waits at each one. The service area is the greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale down to Cutler Bay and west to Weston and West Kendall, with Key Biscayne and Miami Beach inside it. If your address falls outside, the booking form offers a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Bal Harbour rests at the northern tip of Miami’s barrier islands, tucked between Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands, with the causeways carrying you west toward the mainland whenever the day calls for it. It is a quiet, upscale corner to start from, and booking a chauffeur by the hour turns that calm street or resort entrance into the launch point for the whole block. One vehicle, one bilingual driver, a five-hour minimum, and the plan is yours to shape.
What fills those hours is up to you. Some parties open at Bal Harbour Shops, load the bags into the car, and roll on to lunch and dinner without carrying anything between stops. Others build an evening around a concert, a game, a wedding or a long dinner, with the driver holding through it so the ride home is already waiting. Families spread the day across the islands and the mainland, and the kosher neighborhoods of Surfside, Bal Harbour and Bay Harbor Islands are covered door to door, from synagogue to family visits to a kosher restaurant or a grocery run.
The chauffeur is what threads it together. Coverage centers on Bal Harbour and reaches across greater Miami, from Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura to Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood and downtown, so a morning that begins on a quiet island street can move to South Beach and end in Brickell without a new fare each leg. Your driver knows the narrow island streets and the causeway routes, names get swapped as the day shifts, and the car simply follows. You aim the hours; the driver connects the dots across the map.
It starts at your door. The driver pulls up to the exact Bal Harbour address you give, be it a condo lobby, a home or a resort porte-cochère, so nobody walks to a corner or waits on the curb. From there the block is one continuous reservation: the same car and the same driver stay with your party, bags ride in the vehicle between stops, and the chauffeur holds at the door wherever the plan pauses.
Because the day runs by the hour, you can change it as you go. Add a stop, swing home to change, push dinner later, you name the addresses and the driver handles the streets, the turns and the parking. When the five-hour block is winding down and the night still has more in it, extra time is arranged directly with your chauffeur, so the car stays as long as the day does.
Dinner in one neighborhood, a show in another, a last drink somewhere else: with a chauffeur by the hour, the same vehicle and the same driver carry you through all of it. Nobody hunts for parking, nobody stands at the curb waiting for a fresh car to accept the ride, and coats, bags and shopping stay in the vehicle between stops. If the group decides to change the plan halfway through, you simply tell the driver. Everyone rides together, leaves together and gets home together.
Booking online takes a 50% deposit for the hours you choose, five or more, and that locks the vehicle and the chauffeur for your date. The remaining half goes to the chauffeur when the day is done, cash or card, and there is a Pay in full option at checkout if you prefer one payment. Want the chauffeur longer than planned? Additional hours are agreed directly with the driver at the same rate per hour. Ending ahead of schedule does not reduce the five-hour minimum.
Late starts are welcome, and only the pickup time matters: when the pickup falls between 9 PM and 7 AM, a flat $20 night fee is added, the same for the SUV, the van and the van XL. Children ride safely too: the first child seat or booster is included when you request it at booking, and each additional one is $20. Stops need no extra line on the bill, since every stop inside the service area is already part of the hourly rate, however many you make.
The black SUV takes up to 5 passengers with their luggage; the vans carry 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 with room for the bags. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases travel and the right vehicle is assigned.
Edits to an hourly booking, such as adding hours, changing the number of passengers, adding a child seat or shifting the start time on the same date, are accepted until 12 hours before the pickup. Added hours are charged at the same hourly rate as the original block. Hours you might need beyond that are handled on the day directly with your chauffeur. Moving the date to another day is not possible after booking, so confirm it before you complete the checkout.
Message us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your date, passenger count and luggage, and we confirm the vehicle and the pickup details.
Booking a few days ahead is ideal, and for weddings, big game nights, holidays and spring break a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle free. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome when a chauffeur is available, but those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We work on reservations rather than on-demand pickups, so a same-day booking depends on which chauffeurs are free. The widget on this page shows the times still open; if you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will check. A booking made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
Every hourly booking starts at 5 hours, so the smallest reservation is $500 in the black SUV. Your chauffeur and vehicle are set aside for you alone for that whole block, with no other jobs squeezed around it, which is what keeps your day flexible. You can book anywhere from 5 to 15 hours.
The black SUV for up to 5 passengers is $100 per hour, the van for 6 to 9 passengers is $120 per hour, the van XL for 10 to 14 is $140 per hour, and the Platinum SUV upgrade is $140 per hour. Choose your hours in the widget on this page and it shows the full total before you book.
Your chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel and tolls for the booked hours, plus as many stops as you like inside our service area. There is no charge per stop on hourly service and the chauffeur stays with you the entire time, so the total you see at checkout is the total for the day.
No. A 50% deposit holds the chauffeur and the hours when you book online, and the other half goes to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Portuguese if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
You can end the day whenever you like and your chauffeur drops you wherever you choose. The booked hours are reserved for you alone, so the minimum you paid for still applies and unused time is not refunded. Plan a little generously and you will never feel rushed.
Anywhere inside our service area: your hotel lobby, home, office or event venue. We book against a full street address, so the widget asks for the exact spot in the neighborhood named on this page. Your chauffeur pulls up at the door at the booked time and waits for you there.
The greater Miami area, from Fort Lauderdale and its airport down to Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Doral, Weston and Kendall. Homestead, Pompano, Sunrise and Orlando sit outside it; those pickups get a private one-way transfer quote instead.
Yes, that is exactly what hourly service is for. Your chauffeur waits nearby while you shop, sit down for dinner, visit a client or watch the game, then picks you up at the door when you are ready. Waiting time is simply part of your booked hours, never billed separately.
Of course. Unlimited stops inside the service area are included, and you do not need to fix the route in advance. Tell your chauffeur where you would like to go next and the day adapts to you, whether that is three stops or twelve, as long as the car stays within the area.
A flat $20 night fee is added when your pickup time falls between 9 PM and 7 AM. It is shown in the quote before you book and does not grow with the length of the booking. Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge, even if your day ends late in the evening.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. The first seat or booster is included with your booking, each additional one is $20, and they are fitted before the chauffeur leaves for the pickup.
Bring what you need. The SUV carries your group plus a full trunk, and a van gives you far more room for shopping hauls, event gear or suitcases. Your chauffeur loads and unloads at every stop, and everything stays locked in the vehicle while you are out, so you can walk around unburdened.
The black SUV seats up to 5, the van up to 9 and the van XL up to 14. Enter your passenger count in the widget and it selects the smallest vehicle that fits, so you never pay for space you do not use. Groups above 14 get a custom quote with two vehicles or a minibus.
A Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator class SUV for up to 5 passengers at $140 per hour. It is never assigned automatically; you choose it in the widget when you want the roomier cabin and the more formal look for a wedding, a client visit or a special night out.
Yes, these are our most common hourly bookings. A chauffeur for the wedding party, a full day of client visits, a group heading to the stadium or the arena, or a night out with dinner and a show all fit the same simple booking. Book the hours you need and tell us the plan.
Yes, when the pickup is inside the service area, which covers both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at arrivals with the vehicle; hourly service has no inside-terminal greeting. Your hours start at the booked pickup time, so allow some margin after landing.
The day before the booking we send your chauffeur’s name and phone number along with the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on this page show the class booked; the exact model can vary. Your chauffeur also confirms every detail with you before the day.
Message us on WhatsApp using the contact details in your confirmation and we connect you right away. Your chauffeur is always dispatched to the exact address you booked, so stay at that spot; if you have moved, tell us where you are and we pass it on immediately.
Never. Every hourly booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur are yours alone for the whole block, with no other pickups, no other groups and no waiting for strangers. Whoever you bring along rides with you, and the car stays at your disposal between stops.
Tipping is not required and is entirely at your discretion. If your chauffeur made the day easier, a gratuity at the end is always appreciated, and it goes entirely to the driver. There is no right amount; give what feels fair to you, or nothing at all, and nobody will mind.
Almost none. The hourly rate covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and unlimited stops in the area. Only three things can add to it: the 3% card processing fee shown at checkout, the $20 night fee for pickups between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any child seat or booster beyond the first one.
My wife and I booked a chauffeur by the hour from our place in Bal Harbour for a night out so neither of us had to drive. No circling the block, no meter — we stepped out at each door, and the car was there when we were done. When things ran later than planned, extending the block was as simple as asking the driver, no phone calls.
Booked a van and driver by the hour for a day out with the kids starting at our door in Bal Harbour, and it was the best decision of the trip. Every stop around Miami ran door to door on our own schedule — just the next stop whenever we were ready. At one point we picked up a few things and the driver loaded every bag at each door, which beat carrying everything around.
