From $120 per vehicle, a private door-to-door ride from the Port of Miami cruise terminal to Ojus in northeast Miami-Dade.
Every price here covers the whole vehicle, not a single seat — choose the size that fits your cruise party and the fare holds from the moment you book.
Once your ship clears and you gather your bags, the driver is already positioned curbside at the PortMiami cruise terminal where you walk out. A meet-and-greet is included, so there is no rideshare lane to hunt and no garage to cross — you step from the building into a car reserved for your group. Ask for a name sign on WhatsApp and the driver holds it at the doors, which speeds the handoff when a terminal releases several hundred passengers at once. Bags go into the vehicle, and the run to Ojus starts right there at the curb.
Port land runs on controlled entry points, and cars are kept moving rather than left standing beside the buildings, so your driver stages a short distance off and pulls forward the moment your party reaches the curb. That is why a quick text from the exit doors counts for more than a clock time set days earlier. Each passenger also receives a debarkation group before the last evening aboard — listed on a printed card or inside the cruise line’s app — and the groups are released in order, with anyone carrying their own cases leaving first. Share yours once it is issued, and the collection is timed to your true call instead of a guess.
Ojus is a settled residential corner of northeast Miami-Dade, pressed up against Aventura and the broader north-county bayfront. The feel is everyday Florida rather than a tourist strip: low-rise blocks, family houses, and quick reach to the big shopping, restaurant and marina district that shapes this stretch of the county. Returning residents, business visitors, and cruise passengers staying with relatives all pass through the area. The Atlantic beaches and the barrier-island towns lie to the east, and the taller districts sit just south, which lets Ojus serve as a calm base within easy distance of the busier addresses. Whichever door in Ojus is yours, the flat per-vehicle fare carries the whole ride from the terminal.
Out of the cruise terminals the route runs north on I-95 into northeast Miami-Dade, a direct one-way trip with your Ojus address as the only stop. Off-peak the road moves easily; the slow stretches come on disembarkation mornings, when a cluster of ships empties at the same time and terminal streets clog before the highway even begins, along with the usual northbound rush-hour pressure. Because the driver follows your ship’s live arrival, the pickup lands when your group is truly off the vessel rather than at a guessed hour, so a slow morning never leaves a meter ticking. Whatever the traffic does, the fare stays exactly where it was booked — heavy volume never becomes a surge the way a metered app would.
A private black car to Ojus is held with a 50% deposit that locks your date, vehicle and driver; the balance goes to the driver on ride day, cash accepted. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. Each fare covers the whole vehicle rather than a head count, so four riders or fourteen split one price. Pricing is one-way, and a round trip is just that one-way figure doubled — book both legs together and a single driver with a set pickup handles your return to the port too.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no time surcharge. A ride that begins before or after that daytime window adds a small night amount on top of the flat fare, set by vehicle:
The flat rate already folds in tolls, SunPass and fuel, and each ride includes onboard internet from a mobile hotspot so your group can message family or keep the kids busy during the drive to Ojus. The first half hour of waiting at the curb is courtesy time counted from the agreed pickup. A handful of add-ons sit outside the base fare: a name sign held at the doors is $20, each child seat is $15, and an errand or short detour along the route runs $45 per 30 minutes. Share the ages of any children and any stop you want when you book on WhatsApp, so the correct seats are fitted and the timing is set before pickup.
It is fully private. The SUV or van holds only your party — no strangers added and no extra stops to gather other riders. From the terminal curb to your Ojus doorstep, the vehicle belongs to your group for the whole run.
The driver watches your vessel’s real arrival time, so docking behind schedule adds nothing to the fare. The pickup simply re-times to when you actually clear the terminal. Thirty minutes of courtesy waiting from the agreed time is already built in, which covers a routine disembarkation delay with room to spare.
Yes — small pets are welcome when you give a heads-up on WhatsApp and bring a proper travel carrier for the ride to Ojus. Note it as you book so the driver plans the carrier’s space next to your cruise bags.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on for each passenger, and there is honest room for a week of cruise luggage in the SUV and in both vans. Carrying extra or oversized pieces? Say so on WhatsApp ahead of time, and the driver either confirms the space or moves you up to a larger van.
Send your ship name, terminal, sailing date, passenger count and Ojus address on WhatsApp at least 24 hours ahead, and the vehicle and flat rate are confirmed for your group. Your driver’s name, vehicle and plate arrive by text the evening before, with clear pickup notes for the terminal. Message WhatsApp or call 786-682-8748 to lock in your private black car to Ojus.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We cruised with a group of friends and wanted all of us and the bags in one private ride to Ojus after disembarking. The fare was fixed when we booked, nothing added at the curb.
Para un desembarque sin estrés, mi esposo y yo hicimos que un conductor privado nos recibiera en la terminal y nos llevara a Ojus. El SUV estaba impecable, con lugar para todo.
Cruising with the kids, we wanted the port end handled, so a private van straight to Ojus was perfect. We’ve already earmarked them for our next cruise out of PortMiami. It was only our group in the car — no side pickups — which was exactly what we wanted.
We got off the ship with the kids and a mountain of luggage, and a private van there at the terminal made the run to Ojus painless. The fare was the number we were quoted, no surge because the port was slammed. Honestly the most stress-free part of the whole trip — getting off the ship and into a waiting car with zero stress.
