From $225 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from the Port of Miami cruise terminal to your Ocean Ridge address.
Each price below covers the whole vehicle, not a seat, and it is set the moment you book — pick the tier that matches your group and the cruise luggage coming off the ship.
Cruise mornings at the Port of Miami move quickly — several ships can empty within the same hour, and the terminal frontage fills with coaches, taxis and porters crossing between lanes. Once you have your bags and clear customs, send a short message that you are outside and wait at the building edge instead of wheeling luggage across live traffic. If the group includes children or a stack of heavy cases, staying put by the doors while the car comes to you is quicker and safer than meeting somewhere out in the lanes. A curbside meet-and-greet comes with every booking, so the driver brings the vehicle to the sidewalk, loads the cases there, and points the car north. Because ship arrival is tracked as it happens, a late berthing only shifts your pickup time, with no re-booking and no fee for the delay.
Ocean Ridge is a small barrier-island town on the Atlantic side of Palm Beach County, built around low residential streets, protected shoreline and easy walk-throughs to the sand. There is none of the high-rise density of downtown Miami here; the pace is coastal and quiet, with public beach access, dune walkovers and a settled, small-town feel that suits travelers unwinding after a sailing. The pull is the Atlantic shoreline itself — open public beach, dune trails and calm coastal parks that work well for families — while the surrounding towns fill in the casual seaside dining, marinas and small downtown strips. Because the town is mostly homes, many visitors base themselves in the nearby stretch of southern Palm Beach County, where Boynton Beach, Lantana and Delray Beach sit a short local hop away and hold most of the lodging, dining and waterfront to explore. You can read the town’s own details on the official Ocean Ridge website.
From the port the route climbs north on I-95 toward the Palm Beach County coast, and the time it takes hinges mostly on when you pull away from the terminal. A mid-morning or midday departure tends to move freely up the interstate; a weekday rush or a heavy multi-ship disembarkation slows the first miles out of the terminal area more than the open highway that follows. Once past the port roads, the northbound run settles into an even, coastal pace toward the barrier island. None of that changes the number you agreed to, since the fare is one-way and fixed per vehicle at booking rather than metered by time or distance. The driver runs the whole trip door to door — the terminal curb at one end and your Ocean Ridge address at the other — with the luggage handled at each stop.
Reserving is a direct conversation over WhatsApp or the website — send your ship name, terminal, headcount, luggage and pickup time, and the vehicle and fare come back confirmed. A 50% deposit holds the booking; the other half goes to the driver on the day, and payment runs through Venmo, Zelle or a secure link. Every price is a one-way, per-vehicle rate, so a group of five in the SUV pays the same as a single traveler in it, and a return trip to the Port of Miami is simply the one-way fare doubled. There is nothing extra collected at the curb beyond that agreed balance. The day before pickup you receive the driver’s name, the vehicle and the plate, so the car is easy to identify.
Yes. A curbside meet-and-greet is already included, and a printed name board can be added for $20 if you would like to spot the driver at a glance in a busy terminal crowd. Ask for it when you book over WhatsApp, and the driver will have it ready where you step out of the building.
A child seat can be added to your Ocean Ridge booking for $15, so note the ages and how many you need when you confirm. Unplanned detours are not part of the flat rate, but a short extra stop arranged ahead runs $45 for each 30 minutes it adds. Flag any of this on WhatsApp before the day so the vehicle and the timing are set for it.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no add-on. A pickup that falls outside that window carries a late-hour fee on top of the flat fare — $50 for the Black SUV on a Palm Beach County run like this one, or ten percent added to the van fare for the larger groups. Booking a pickup inside the daytime window is the simplest way to keep the cost to the flat rate alone. The one-way rate itself does not move; only the after-hours line is added.
The rate is per vehicle, never per head — the whole party travels on the single figure shown for that tier, whether it is five in the Black SUV or up to fourteen across the vans. Each tier is built with real space for a week of cruise bags. If you are bringing oversized or extra pieces, say so over WhatsApp beforehand and the driver can confirm the room or move you up to a larger van.
To lock in your private Port of Miami to Ocean Ridge transfer, message the trip details on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748. Send your ship, terminal, pickup time, group size and Ocean Ridge address, and the vehicle and one-way fare come back confirmed.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We got off the ship with the kids and a mountain of luggage, and a private van there at the terminal made the run to Ocean Ridge so easy. The car was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the AC was perfect after the ship. No rideshare app to fight with — we just went straight from the curb to the car. Thanks for the smooth handoff!
We didn’t want to juggle the little ones and the bags looking for a ride at the port, so we booked a private van to Ocean Ridge. The driver took care of every bag so we didn’t have to struggle with anything.
Cruising with the family, we didn’t want any disembarkation-day chaos, so a private van waiting at the terminal Ocean Ridge made the day. Booking was quick, we got everything in writing, and everything matched what we were told. It was only our group in the car — no side pickups — which was a relief after a week aboard. Made getting off the ship so easy.
Our family of six came off the ship at PortMiami and the driver had room for every suitcase for the ride to Ocean Ridge. It was just our party in the car — nobody else to wait on — which was so much nicer than piling in with strangers. Booking was quick, we got everything in writing, and everything lined up perfectly.
