From $270 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from the Port of Miami to Acacia Villas, flat rate, met at the cruise terminal.
Each price below covers the whole vehicle rather than a single seat, and it holds from the moment you book — a hectic cruise day never nudges the number. Choose the size that fits your party; all three are private and reserved for your group alone.
When you disembark and clear the luggage hall, head for the terminal curb — the driver is already posted there beside the reserved vehicle. A meet-and-greet comes with every booking, and the driver, who speaks English along with Spanish or Portuguese, lifts your cruise bags aboard. Want a printed name sign raised as you come out? Add one at booking for $20. The reservation also covers a 30-minute grace window at the curb from your set pickup time, so a slow exit off the ship costs nothing extra.
Acacia Villas is a quiet residential pocket set within Palm Beach County, made up of low-traffic streets rather than a busy tourist strip. Day-to-day shopping and errands are handled over in the broader Lake Worth area close by, and most people arriving are here to see family or reach a private address. For someone stepping off a cruise, that adds up to a calm hand-off right at the front door, not a jostle at a public curb — and no long walk in from a far-off parking lot with a week of bags in tow.
From the cruise terminal it is one direct run to your door, with no extra stops and nobody else to collect along the way. No fixed clock figure is quoted for this route, because the real timing on the day depends on how the roads are moving. On a busy disembarkation morning, with several vessels unloading in the same hour, the exit roads and the interstates heading north clog and the trip stretches longer. The driver reads the traffic as it actually is that morning and takes whichever roads are flowing, and a slower crawl never moves the number, because the rate is fixed per vehicle the moment you book. If a later plan is tight, pass along the pickup time at booking and a buffer goes into the schedule.
Because the fare is set per vehicle, the day-to-day costs of the drive are already inside it — no stopping to settle a toll booth or top off the tank. Every booking folds in the tolls, SunPass, and the fuel for the whole run, plus in-vehicle WiFi over a mobile hotspot and a driver who handles your suitcases into and out of the vehicle at each end. A child seat can be added for $15. Traveling with a small pet? Note it on WhatsApp early and bring a suitable carrier, and it rides along too. Need a quick stop on the way? Extra stops run $45 per half hour, arranged in advance so nothing on the day is a surprise.
Half the fare goes down as a deposit to lock the booking, and the other half is handed to the driver on travel day — cash is fine for that balance. Send the deposit however is easiest: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link by WhatsApp or on the site. The price always applies to the vehicle as a whole, for the entire group, not by the head. Every fare is one-way, so a return simply doubles it under one reservation, keeping both directions — out to the neighborhood and back to the Port of Miami — locked at booking.
Between 7 AM and 9 PM there is no time-of-day charge at all. Step outside that window and a night fee applies: $50 on the black SUV for a run out this far from Miami, or 10% of the fare on either van size. Share your pickup time at booking, and any night fee is settled up front instead of sprung at the curb.
The driver keeps an eye on both the ship’s posted and real arrival, so docking behind schedule just pushes your pickup later at no added cost. Nothing has to be re-booked and the reservation stays put — the driver simply meets the terminal’s real timing and is there when you finally step outside. Give your ship name at booking and the debark window is tracked for you.
It is fully private from start to finish. Only your own party rides — no strangers sharing the bench, no side-trips to scoop up other passengers. From the terminal curb all the way to the front door, the SUV or van belongs to your group alone, whether you book the black SUV or the largest van.
Expect a low-key residential stretch of Palm Beach County — leafy blocks, light traffic, and a gentler rhythm than the beachfront and downtown zones. It draws people coming to see relatives far more than tourists, so the arrival is easy: straight to the door, luggage carried in, and no bus or train transfer to work out on your own.
Yes. The return leg is just the one-way price doubled, kept under a single reservation so both directions stay locked. Book the two legs together and one confirmed pickup time handles each direction, carrying you from the neighborhood back to the Port of Miami for a later sailing or a connecting flight.
Reserve the ride a day or more before your sail date so the vehicle is set aside for you. Anything inside 24 hours still gets a look, but a car cannot be promised that close in. Drop the cruise date, ship name, and headcount on WhatsApp and the booking is locked.
Yes. A child seat can be added for $15, confirmed when you book, and a second one can be arranged the same way. Small pets can join the trip too when you note it on WhatsApp early and bring a carrier. Tell the driver the children’s ages and the pet at booking so the vehicle is ready before you land.

Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Smooth transfer, fixed fare, zero hassle out to Acacia Villas. Recommend it without hesitation. The driver got the whole pile of luggage in so I didn’t have to lift a thing.
Todo salió según lo planeado de la terminal a Acacia Villas — sin ninguna queja.
We didn’t want to juggle the little ones and the bags looking for a ride at the port, so we booked a private van to Acacia Villas. We knew the plan before we even docked, so there was no guessing at the port.
We came off the ship ready to get settled and a private car straight from the port to Acacia Villas was the right call. The driver took care of every bag so we didn’t have to juggle it all.
Traveling on my own after the cruise, I just wanted it simple, so a private car straight to Acacia Villas made the morning easy. There was a courtesy waiting window from the agreed time, so I never had to rush off the ship.
