From $450 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Verandah on Florida’s Gulf Coast — the whole vehicle yours, flat rate.
One figure covers the whole vehicle and everyone riding in it, fixed the moment you book and held no matter what traffic or the time of day does. Choose the size that fits your party:
Pickup begins the moment you land. The driver follows your inbound flight and is already waiting at the curb as you walk out of the terminal, so there is no app to open and no line to stand in. The day before travel you receive the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and the plate number, plus plain directions to the meeting point. Waiting time is included — two hours after an international landing, one hour after a domestic one — which leaves room for slow customs or a late bag. Would you rather be met inside the building with a name sign? That is an optional add-on layered onto the standard curbside meet-and-greet.
The route runs about 157 miles — roughly 252.7 kilometers — with the driver holding I-75 north for almost the entire way. Count on close to 147 minutes when the roads are clear and up to 162 minutes when they are not, a spread of about fifteen minutes that comes mainly from the slow crawl out of the Miami metro before the interstate opens up. Since it is a long haul, a single short stop for a restroom or a coffee can be folded into the drive if your group wants one — just say so. The flat rate never shifts with the clock, so a busy afternoon costs exactly what a calm morning does.
Verandah sits on the Gulf-Coast side of Florida, the direction I-75 carries you once the Miami sprawl falls away. It reads as a calm, resort-style pocket of the southwest coast: landscaped grounds, wide green space, water views, and the unhurried tempo people travel here to find. Guests come for a golf weekend, a long family stay, or simply a quieter break from the city. The driver delivers you to the exact address you give — a home, a rental, or lodging anywhere in the surrounding area — lifts out the bags, and settles any return timing before pulling away. No particular property is endorsed; you name the door, and that is where the ride ends.
The price on the screen carries the private vehicle, the driver, and every toll, SunPass charge, and gallon of fuel along the way — nothing on the road is billed on top. A bilingual driver runs the route, speaking English and either Spanish or Portuguese, tracks the flight, and handles the luggage at both ends. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, and the standard baggage allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on for each passenger; oversized or extra pieces fit easily when you flag them in advance. Flight tracking and the re-timed pickup for an early or late landing are part of the ride rather than an upsell. Food, drinks, and the driver’s gratuity fall outside the fare.
Booking runs straight through WhatsApp — send the flight number, the date, the group size, and the Verandah address, and a real person confirms the vehicle instead of a queue. Payment is taken by secure link, Venmo, or Zelle: a 50% deposit locks the reservation, and the other half goes to the driver on travel day. The fare is charged per vehicle for the whole group, never per seat, and every price here is one-way — a round trip is simply that figure doubled on one booking. Reserve at least 24 hours ahead when you can; cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund, while anything inside that window is non-refundable.
The daytime window covers 7 AM to 9 PM at no extra charge. A pickup that falls before or after those hours carries a night fee: for the black SUV it is $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 for a longer haul beyond them, such as the run out to Verandah, while the vans add 10% over the trip value. A name-sign meet inside the terminal is $20, a child seat is $20 each and is arranged when you book, and an unscheduled extra stop is $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets ride in a carrier with advance notice on WhatsApp. Anything else you want to ask about is settled before travel day, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
No. The driver tracks your inbound flight live and slides the curbside pickup to match, whether you land early or late, at no added cost. The included waiting window — two hours for international arrivals, one hour for domestic — sits on top of that, so a slow arrival rarely eats into it. The flat rate you booked is the rate you pay.
Never. Every booking is fully private, so the SUV or van holds only your party from the MIA curb to your door on the coast. There is no pooling, no side trip to gather strangers, and no shared schedule. The vehicle stays yours alone for the entire one-way run.
Yes. Put both legs on a single booking and the round trip costs twice the one-way fare, with the same vehicle class covering each direction. Give the arrival flight along with the return date and time, and the pickup for the return leg is set to line up. The 50% deposit with the balance handed to the driver applies to the Miami-side pickup.
A day’s notice is the comfortable minimum — 24 hours or more lets the right vehicle and driver be assigned cleanly. Shorter requests are still looked at by hand, though availability that close in is not promised. The service runs around the clock, every day of the year, backed by more than five years on these roads.
Ready to lock in the ride? Send the flight number, the travel date, the group size, and the Verandah address on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748, or call 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and pickup time come back confirmed. The earlier the booking lands, the easier it is to match your exact arrival.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We flew into Miami with the kids tired after the flight to stay in Verandah, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. The driver handled the luggage so we didn’t have to lift a thing. Landing late at night into Verandah, it was a huge comfort to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble.
We came with a group of friends and wanted all of us in one ride from the airport to Verandah.
I was in town to see family in Verandah and didn’t want the rideshare-surge scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car. Booking was easy, I got a clear pickup instruction the night before, and everything went exactly as planned. They tracked the arrival, so even though I landed behind schedule, the car was right there.
After a red-eye, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car out to Verandah — so glad we pre-arranged the transfer. We were in town to visit relatives in Verandah, and starting the trip this easy was great.
Our group of friends booked one van straight from the airport to Verandah, and it was so easy. Honestly the easiest part of our whole trip — everything was handled from the second we landed. We got dropped at the door of where we were staying, not left at some corner.
