From $100 per vehicle — a private one-way ride from MIA to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel, about 31 minutes across the bay.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle in either direction between the airport and the hotel, fixed the moment you reserve and left untouched by traffic or the hour you land.
Pickups run from every MIA terminal and concourse, so whichever gate your flight uses never changes the plan. Send the flight number ahead of the day and the driver watches it land, then waits at the curb outside baggage claim as you come through with the bags. Meet-and-greet is part of the ride; if you would rather be found by name, a name-sign pickup — the driver inside holding a placard — is a $40 add-on you ask for when booking. From the curb it is a straight load-and-go: no app to open, no rideshare lot to cross, no counter to find.
The Standard Spa, Miami Beach sits on Belle Isle, a small, mostly residential island set into Biscayne Bay on the Miami Beach side, ringed by water with a green park at its middle. The hotel is built around wellness rather than tacking it on: hydrotherapy baths, steam, cold plunges, a bayfront pool, and a rolling schedule of yoga fill a low-rise property that keeps its distance from the louder beach blocks. The mood leans adult and unhurried, which is rather the point after a long flight. For the property’s own write-up, see the official Miami & Miami Beach visitor guide. Belle Isle still belongs to Miami Beach, so Sunset Harbour’s cafes and boutiques, the Lincoln Road promenade, and South Beach with Ocean Drive and the Art Deco District all sit a short private ride away while the noise stays behind you.
The road distance is 11.1 miles, or 17.8 km, and most trips land between 31 and 33 minutes door to door. Off-peak — mid-morning, the early afternoon, later into the evening — you sit at the faster end, while a weekday rush nudges the clock toward the top of that band. The route leaves the airport on the Dolphin Expressway, SR-836, and crosses toward the bay before reaching the hotel entrance; the swing between quiet and busy stays small enough that even peak traffic keeps you barely past the half-hour mark. That is comfortable timing whenever a check-in window, a booked treatment, or an early dinner is waiting on the far end.
Every booking is private and yours alone — no pooling, no strangers, no detour to gather another party — from the Black SUV for up to five through the vans that seat six to nine or ten to fourteen. Choose by headcount and luggage; one checked bag and a carry-on per guest ride within the rate, and a larger van is a message away when you are packing heavy. Every toll, SunPass charge, and the fuel are folded into the confirmed number, and a mobile hotspot keeps the vehicle online across the bay. The driver is bilingual, working in English alongside Spanish or Portuguese, which earns its keep at the tail end of an international flight.
A 50% deposit holds the vehicle and the slot when you book, and the remaining half goes to the driver on journey day — nothing extra is collected at the curb. Settle by Zelle, Venmo, or a secure payment link texted to your phone. The rate is one-way and charged per vehicle, so a couple and a party of five owe the same for the SUV; a round journey is that one-way figure doubled, with the return to MIA set on the same reservation. A child seat is $20 each, the first easy to add at booking, and an extra stop along the way runs $45 per 30 minutes if you need one.
Daytime service between 7 AM and 9 PM carries no surcharge at all. A pickup outside that window — a red-eye landing, a pre-dawn departure — adds a modest night fee, scaled to the vehicle you booked:
Your side does not change. The driver follows your inbound flight number and re-times the pickup to the actual landing at no cost, so a late arrival simply moves the curbside meeting later. Keep the flight number on the reservation and the car is staged for when you truly touch down.
Per vehicle, every time. The figure in the price list covers the entire car, so five travelers in the SUV split the single $100 rate rather than paying each. Group size only decides which vehicle you pick, never a per-head charge.
Yes to both, with a heads-up when you book. A child seat is $20 each — give the ages and the right seats are installed before the driver leaves for MIA. Small pets ride too, provided they journey in a proper carrier and you flag it on WhatsApp in advance so the fitting vehicle is assigned.
Yes — the return is the same ride in reverse, the driver collecting you at the hotel entrance for your departure terminal. Most guests pair both legs into one round-journey reservation that spans the whole stay. Onward runs from the Standard Spa to PortMiami or a second airport are arranged the same way; just name the route when you reserve, and booking earlier is wise for pre-dawn pickups, holiday weekends, and the 14-passenger van.
Ready to lock your ride from MIA to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel? Message WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your date, flight number, group size, and bag count, and the vehicle and fare come back confirmed before you fly.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we booked the transfer to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel. Landing late at night, it was a huge comfort to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble. It was a private car just for us, which made the ride to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel easy and calm.
We came to Florida for our anniversary and kicking it off with a private airport pickup set the tone. Booking was easy, we got a clear confirmation, and everything matched what we were told. The ride to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel was calm and hassle-free.
Landing with the whole crew, it made all the difference that the driver was waiting at arrivals with room for everyone. With the kids along, it helped that the driver was so easygoing and the van had room for all our stuff.
Loved it — so much better than a taxi. My flight came in late and the driver was still there waiting — not a worry at all.
Perfect way to start the trip — couldn’t recommend it more. It was a private car with no one else to pick up, which made the ride to the Standard Spa, Miami Beach Hotel easy and calm.
