From $170 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to Sunny Isles Beach, black SUV or van, flat rate, door to door.
Every price here books the entire vehicle for the whole trip, never a single seat, and it is fixed the moment you reserve — traffic, demand and the season leave it untouched.
The driver collects you at the curb, right where you step out of the MIA terminal with your luggage, and that curbside greeting is folded into the flat price rather than billed on top. Share your flight number and terminal as you reserve, and the arrival is tracked in real time — land early, sit on the tarmac, or crawl through customs, and the pickup merely moves with you at no added cost. Would you rather be met inside the building beneath a name sign? That indoor greeting is an optional extra of $20. As soon as a car is set aside for your name, the confirmation lands in your WhatsApp.
Count on roughly 41 minutes when the road is open and closer to 49 when it clogs, across the 21.3 miles — about 34.3 km — between the airport and the coast. The car runs north on I-95, then turns east toward the Atlantic, and nearly the whole gap between those two figures comes down to rush-hour volume. Weekday mornings and the late-afternoon commute sit at the slow end, while midday, evenings and weekends commonly clear quickly. Because the pickup is set around your real flight rather than a fixed slot, the timing already assumes ordinary congestion, not an empty highway.
Sunny Isles Beach is a slender oceanfront city on the northeast edge of Miami-Dade, where a line of sleek resort and condo towers rises over a wide band of Atlantic sand. It reads calmer and more residential than the South Beach scene, which is why families, winter regulars and longer-stay guests gravitate here for the water without the late crowds. Collins Avenue threads the length of town, carrying its cafés, restaurants and storefronts, while public beachfront and parks open straight onto the water and a fishing pier reaches out over the surf. The Aventura shopping district sits close enough for a mall afternoon, and seasonal water-sport rentals line the shore. For a wider look before you travel, browse the area’s visitor guide.
The figure you book is the figure you pay, because the usual airport-ride surprises are already inside it. Every toll, SunPass tag and gallon of fuel is accounted for, and a mobile hotspot keeps WiFi live on board for anyone who wants to fire off a message or share a live location heading north. The driver is bilingual — English alongside Spanish or Portuguese — which eases a group arrival. The first child seat rides free for a child under five; each seat beyond that adds $20, so pass along the number and ages of the children at booking. Small pets are welcome with a little notice on WhatsApp, riding in a carrier. Anything outside the base ride is short and stated up front: an added stop en route runs $45 per half hour.
Booking splits cleanly in two: half the fare goes down as a deposit to hold the vehicle, and the driver takes the balance on travel day. Pay by Venmo, Zelle or a secure link the driver sends over WhatsApp, with no penalty for choosing one over another. Want the return leg too? A round trip is just the one-way doubled — the same private car both directions, arranged in one reservation. Airport pickups begin at MIA, but drop-offs are not limited to it: a one-way run onward from Sunny Isles Beach to a different city, seaport or airport is simple to arrange once you name the destination and the group size.
The daytime window runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with nothing added. A trip that starts outside those hours carries a single modest surcharge, set by vehicle and applied once per ride.
Per vehicle, always. Whether two of you ride or a full group of fourteen, the price shown above is the whole cost — nothing is multiplied by heads. That is what makes a private car a genuinely good deal for families and groups sharing one booking.
Plan on one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger, which fits most arrivals with room to spare. Bringing more, or something bulky like a golf bag or a folded stroller? A quick WhatsApp note before the trip lets the driver confirm the space or move you up to a larger van. Sizing the vehicle ahead beats leaving anything at the curb.
The driver tracks your inbound flight in real time and resets the pickup at no cost. A late landing, a long taxi to the gate, or a slow bag carousel does not cancel the ride or move the flat price. You walk out, and the car is there — exactly as booked.
Straight there. The SUV or van is reserved for your party alone, so there is no pooling and no detour to gather strangers. From the MIA curb to your address, it is one continuous ride with no timetable to keep and no changes along the way.
It draws families, snowbirds and longer-stay visitors, here for the oceanfront towers, the wide quiet sand, and a gentler pace than the livelier strips down south. It fits guests who want beachfront calm and easy dining more than nonstop nightlife. Business travelers, too, treat it as a relaxed base within reach of greater Miami.
Ready to lock in the ride? Message or call 786-682-8748 on WhatsApp with your flight number, terminal, the Sunny Isles Beach address, your passenger and bag count, and the travel date, and back comes the vehicle, the pickup window and the flat fare.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Una maravilla. Nada de llamar mil veces, nada de líos en el pickup.
We flew into Miami with the little ones late at night, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. With the kids worn out from the flight, it helped that the driver was patient and the van had room for all our stuff. The SUV was really comfortable after a long flight, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
Traveling alone, I didn’t want any hassle coming out of Miami Airport, and this couldn’t have been easier. My flight came in late and the driver was still there waiting — not a worry at all.
I can’t stand the whole rideshare scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car to Sunny Isles Beach. Landing after midnight, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we booked a private car from the airport to Sunny Isles Beach. The driver dropped us exactly where we needed to be. Landing late at night, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble.
