From $450 per vehicle — a private one-way ride from MIA to Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina in Fort Myers Beach.
Each fare below is for the whole vehicle, fixed the moment you book and left alone by traffic or the hour you set out. Pick the tier that matches your group.
Your driver is stationed at the arrivals curb as you walk out of the terminal, so there is no app to open and no queue to join once you land. We watch the inbound flight, which means an early or delayed touchdown just moves the pickup to suit — the car is already waiting when you clear the doors. That curbside greeting is included in what you pay. Prefer to be met by a driver holding a name sign? Add that for $20 when you reserve.
The resort lies 155.7 miles — roughly 250.6 kilometers — west of MIA, and the trip runs about 171 minutes on a clear road, nearer 178 when the traffic thickens. Nearly all of it is one cross-state corridor on I-75, so once the Miami metro drops away the estimate stays steady until you reach the island. The closing minutes follow Estero Boulevard, the single road tracing the length of the beach, and that last piece is the least predictable part of the run. Give 275 Estero Blvd as the drop-off and your driver rolls right up to the entrance. If a first-night Gulf sunset is the goal, book a morning flight into Miami; an afternoon landing tends to deliver you near dusk with the bags still in the car.
Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina fronts the Gulf on Estero Island, the low-rise barrier strip that makes up Fort Myers Beach. Wide sand and shallow, easy water set the tone, and the property keeps its own marina, so boating and fishing charters sit a short walk from the room. Around it you will find relaxed seafood joints, beachwear shops, and family waterfront dining rather than anything metropolitan. For most guests the evening headline is the sunset over the water. Browse rooms and property details on the Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina official site, and it pays to scan the current Fort Myers Beach stay offers before you fix your dates.
Almost everything here turns on the sand and the Gulf. Days go to swimming, paddling, and long walks along the shoreline, while the on-site marina opens up boating and fishing trips for anyone wanting time on the water. Casual restaurants, ice-cream counters, and small beach shops line the nearby streets at an unhurried island pace. Since the drop-off is door to door, you land ready to settle in rather than chasing parking or a second ride.
Three private choices cover this route, each held for your group alone and picked by headcount. Couples and small families take the black SUV, which seats up to five with room for the luggage. A party of six to nine steps into a van with space to spread out over the long haul, and groups of ten to fourteen ride the larger van. Whichever you land on, everyone travels in one cabin instead of being split between separate cars.
The rate is billed per vehicle, never per head, so five in an SUV or fourteen in the larger van pay the same flat figure shown above. A 50% deposit holds the car when you book, and the remaining half is settled with the driver on journey day. Pricing is one-way, and a round trip is simply two of those fares placed on a single booking, with one driver covering both directions to and from MIA. The fare already absorbs tolls, SunPass, and fuel, so nothing is tacked on at the curb — whatever you agree to when you reserve is what you pay.
A short list of items sits outside the base fare, each priced plainly. A child seat is $20, so share your children’s ages at booking and the right seat is fitted before pickup. Want a quick errand on the way, a grocery or supply stop? A planned pause runs $45 per half hour of added time. Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge; outside that window an SUV adds $20 within Miami-Dade or Broward County and $50 past those county lines, while a larger vehicle is quoted when you reserve.
Nothing shifts on your side. We track the inbound flight live, so a delayed or early arrival simply re-times the pickup to match. By the time you reach the curb the vehicle is there, and the fare stands exactly as booked — no rebooking, no scramble after a long day of journey.
Per vehicle. The flat rate in the table covers the whole party up to the tier’s capacity, so adding travelers never lifts the cost. Five riders in an SUV or fourteen in the larger van pay the single figure listed for that vehicle.
Yes. Because the vehicle is yours alone, a pull-in at a grocery or convenience store slots effortlessly into the cross-state drive and lets you reach the resort already stocked. Flag it at booking or tell the driver en route; a planned stop runs $45 per half hour.
Both, with a little notice. Small pets ride in a carrier when you flag them over WhatsApp beforehand, so the driver knows to expect one. Child seats go in ahead of pickup at $20 each — pass along the children’s ages when you reserve and the correct seats are ready and waiting.
It does. A return is two one-way fares booked together, covering the ride out to Fort Myers Beach and back to MIA under the same 50% deposit and balance split. Lock both legs at once and the same driver and price hold for each direction.
Ready to lock your ride? Call or text 786-682-8748, or reach us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748. Send your flight number, party size, and journey date, and we confirm the vehicle and the flat fare on the spot.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
My husband and I booked a private transfer from Miami Airport to Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina so we wouldn’t have to wait on a rideshare after our flight. The driver dropped us right at the door of Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina. Our flight came in late and the driver was still there waiting — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.
We flew into Miami with the kids worn out from the flight, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. Our flight was delayed and the driver was still there waiting — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.
After a red-eye, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — really glad we booked the transfer to Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina. The car was spotless, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
