From $170 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Naranja, door to door by black SUV or van at a flat rate.
One flat price covers the whole vehicle to any Naranja address, locked the moment you book and unmoved by traffic, weather, or the hour you land. Every toll and the fuel already sit inside that figure, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Your driver waits curbside at your Miami International arrival terminal and follows the inbound flight, so the pickup re-times on its own if you touch down early or late. A curbside meet-and-greet comes with every booking; for an in-terminal greeter holding a name sign, add $40 at reservation. The day before travel, a text delivers the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and the plate, so you know exactly who to look for. From there it is a straight run south to Naranja — no app, no rideshare lot, no waiting line.
Naranja is a residential community near the southern end of Miami-Dade, low-rise and suburban, where daily life turns on neighborhood streets, family homes, and small local shops rather than downtown high-rises. The pace runs quieter than the coast, and the surrounding country opens onto the tropical farms, fruit stands, and nature preserves that mark this part of the county on the way toward its national parks. Most travelers arriving here are after space and peaceful over beaches and nightlife. The private ride ends at the exact address you name — a house, a rental, or a local business — so no last-mile hop remains to arrange.
The trip covers 30.9 miles, or 49.8 kilometers, and takes about 41 minutes when the road is clear, stretching toward 69 minutes once rush hour fills the lanes. The line drops south from the airport onto Florida’s Turnpike and the Dolphin Expressway, State Road 836, a toll corridor that holds the route direct. Midday and late-evening departures tend to land near the 41-minute mark, while weekday mornings and afternoons push it toward the top of that range. Since tolls and SunPass ride inside the flat fare, no exit or lane the driver chooses moves the price.
Three private tiers cover the route, each held for your group alone with no shared seats. The black SUV suits couples and small families, and a van steps in as the headcount climbs toward nine or fourteen. Every tier rides the same flat per-vehicle fare with tolls and fuel folded in, and each passenger travels with one checked bag plus a carry-on as the standard allowance. Send a rough bag count when you book and the right vehicle is set from the start.
Booking opens with half the fare down, paid by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link; the remaining half reaches the driver in person on the day of the ride. The price is charged per vehicle and never per seat, so one figure covers the whole group whether five ride in the SUV or fourteen fill the van. That flat rate carries the private vehicle, the bilingual driver — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — every toll and SunPass charge, the fuel, and onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot. Meals, drinks beyond sealed bottled water, and any gratuity fall outside it.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A ride that begins outside that window adds a modest late fee: for a Naranja pickup or drop inside Miami-Dade or Broward the SUV adds $20, while points beyond those counties run $50, and vans add ten percent of the trip value. A child seat can be added for $20 once you send the ages ahead, and small pets ride inside a carrier when you flag them on WhatsApp first. An extra stop arranged in advance runs $45 for each 30 minutes.
This area carries only thin transit ties to the airport, and the trip that does exist means several changes and a long wait. The private transfer skips all of it, carrying your group the full 30.9 miles from the MIA curb to your door in roughly 41 to 69 minutes. One vehicle, one driver, no connections.
The driver follows your flight, so a late or early landing shifts the pickup at no extra charge. Courtesy waiting is built in — a two-hour cushion on international arrivals and one hour on a domestic flight. Beyond that window, further waiting is billed in 30-minute blocks and confirmed with you before it starts.
Every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your party from the curb to your door — no strangers, no detours to gather other passengers, no scheduled pool to wait on. The whole cargo hold is yours as well, so a full load of luggage travels in a single trip.
Each transfer is priced one-way, so a round trip is simply that fare doubled. Book both legs together and one driver covers the airport pickup and the later return run to MIA on your departure day. The same flat per-vehicle rate holds in each direction, tolls and fuel included both ways.
Reserve on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748. Send your flight number, pickup date and time, passenger count, and the Naranja address, and the vehicle, driver, and flat fare come back in one reply.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Landing with the whole crew to visit family in Naranja, it made all the difference that the driver was right there at arrivals. The kids passed out in the car, and getting straight to Naranja without a taxi hassle was a relief. The driver took care of the suitcases so we didn’t have to struggle with anything.
Nuestra familia llegó a MIA rumbo a Naranja y el conductor tenía la sillita lista — una gran ayuda. Íbamos a visitar a familiares en Naranja, y empezar el viaje así de fácil significó mucho.
After a red-eye, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car out to Naranja — so glad we booked the transfer. Landing late at night into Naranja, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble. No taxi line, no waiting around for an app — we walked out and the car was there.
Traveling alone, I wanted arrival handled coming out of MIA, and the ride straight to Naranja could not have been easier. The driver was in a sharp clean car, which made it feel first-class.
Smooth ride, friendly driver, fixed price. No complaints at all. The ride to Naranja was faster than we expected, no detours.
