From $600 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Maitland, door to door up Florida’s Turnpike at a flat, locked fare.
Every fare here is the whole-vehicle price to any Maitland address, fixed the moment you reserve and untouched by traffic, time of day, or demand. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are folded into that number, so nothing new appears on the road. Your party rides for a single figure rather than a per-seat charge.
Pickup happens right outside your arrival terminal at Miami International. The driver watches your inbound flight, so the timing follows your real landing instead of a guessed clock. The evening before travel, a message brings the driver’s name, the vehicle description, and directions to the exact curb where you meet. A curbside meet-and-greet comes with every booking; if you would rather be met inside the terminal holding a name sign, that add-on is an extra $40. Your driver is bilingual – English plus Spanish or Portuguese – and helps load the bags before the ride heads north, with no rideshare queue and no waiting on other passengers.
Maitland sits about 243.3 miles from the airport, roughly 391.6 kilometers, reached almost entirely on Florida’s Turnpike – the through-route that ties South Florida to the northern Orlando suburbs. Plan on 239 to 241 minutes door to door, a little under four hours from the quiet end of the day to the busy one. Since nearly the whole run is open highway between metro areas, rush-hour volume near either city adds only a few minutes rather than the long crawl a short city hop would bring. Early-morning and midday departures land at the faster end of that window, while a rush-hour start pushes toward the slower one. The driver times the departure to your flight and the day’s road conditions, and one brief rest stop can be arranged partway on a run this long. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot for the drive.
Maitland is a calm, tree-shaded city that sits just above Orlando, arranged around a string of small lakes and quiet residential blocks. Its character leans cultural, with art and history museums, gardens, and lakeside parks, while pockets of office and business parks draw corporate travelers through the week. The pace runs gentler than downtown Orlando, which makes Maitland an easy base for anyone who wants the region’s attractions nearby without sitting in the tourist crush. Everyday dining, coffee, and shopping line the main roads, and the wider theme-park and convention districts are a short drive off. City details and local services are listed on the City of Maitland official site.
A 50% deposit locks the vehicle and the price when you book; the other half goes to the driver on travel day. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link, and every fare is quoted one-way – a return trip is simply two one-way legs booked together. A handful of extras sit outside the base rate: an in-terminal name-sign pickup at $40, a child seat at $20, and an added stop along the way at $45 for each 30 minutes. Small pets ride in a carrier with advance notice. Rides that start outside the 7 AM to 9 PM window carry an SUV night fee – $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 once it reaches beyond those counties, as a run this far north does. Whatever is agreed at booking is the full amount; nothing extra is collected at the curb.
Yes – each ride is reserved for your group alone. No strangers are added, there is no pooling, and the vehicle carries only your party from the MIA curb to your Maitland door. Whether it is a couple in the SUV or a full van, the trip north stays private the whole way.
There is nothing for you to do. The driver follows your inbound flight in real time and moves the pickup to match at no added cost, whether you land early or well behind schedule. Your flat fare and reserved vehicle hold either way, so there is no scramble for a new ride at the curb.
The figure in the pricing list is the total for the whole vehicle, never a per-head charge. One traveler or a packed van pays the same flat total for the run. Because the rate is set the moment you reserve, it stays put regardless of the day’s traffic or demand.
Three sizes cover the route: the black SUV for up to five, a van for six to nine, and a larger van for ten to fourteen – every one private and point-to-point. The usual allowance is one checked bag plus a carry-on per traveler. If your group sits near a size line or you are carrying extra luggage, send a WhatsApp note before booking so the right vehicle is confirmed.
Ready to lock in your MIA to Maitland ride? Send your flight number, passenger and bag count, and the drop-off address over WhatsApp, and your flat rate and vehicle come back confirmed. Booking at least a day ahead gives the easiest confirmation. Reach the line on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
First time flying into Miami by myself to stay in Maitland, and having someone there at arrivals made it so easy. I liked it so much I booked them again for the ride back to the airport. Tolls and everything were already included, so I just got in and relaxed on the way to Maitland.
I got into Miami late and it was such a relief to have a driver already waiting to take me out to Maitland. Traveling on my own, I felt in good hands from arrivals all the way to Maitland.
We came into Miami and kicking things off with a private pickup straight to our place in Maitland was the right call. The driver found the address with no trouble, which isn’t always easy in a residential area. Landing after midnight into Maitland, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble.
I was in town to see family in Maitland and didn’t want the rideshare-surge scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car. I liked it so much I booked them again for the ride back to the airport.
Iba a ver a familiares en Maitland y no quería el caos de buscar un rideshare en MIA, así que reservé un auto privado. El conductor cargó todas mis maletas para que no tuviera que batallar con nada.
