From $100 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA straight to InterContinental Miami Hotel, door to door.
Every figure below is the flat, whole-vehicle rate, locked the second you reserve — no meter, no surge, no per-seat sums. Choose the size your party needs.
Once you’re down and have your bags, the driver is already waiting curbside outside your MIA terminal, and that curbside welcome is already covered by your fare. We lock the exact pickup lane by WhatsApp once you’re on the ground, so no one drifts around the terminals hunting a car. Would you rather be met inside with a name sign? An in-terminal greeting is an optional $20. Your car is assigned to your group before you land, so it’s reserved and ready rather than hailed from an app.
The trip covers 7.2 miles — roughly 11.6 kilometers — from the airport to the downtown waterfront. Your driver runs the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836) onto I-95, then drops toward Biscayne Boulevard and pulls up at the hotel’s private entrance drive instead of a public curb. Since the fare is flat, whichever lane the driver takes never changes what you pay. A single booked vehicle carries your group the entire way, with no shared seats and no side pickups.
Plan on roughly 20 to 23 minutes between MIA and InterContinental Miami. In the quiet windows — first thing in the morning, later at night, the mid-day dip — those seven-odd miles land near 20. Through the commuter crush heading into and out of the city core, the same stretch pushes toward 23. A downtown event or rough weather can nudge the top end, yet a slower crawl never raises what you owe, because the rate was fixed before you rode. We time your pickup to the hour so the group rolls out without idling.
InterContinental Miami sits right on the downtown waterfront, set among the office and banking towers of the central business district, with Biscayne Bay filling the view. Bayfront Park spreads out alongside — that ribbon of green separating the downtown towers from the bay is what your driver steers toward. Step outside and bayfront shopping, waterside walkways, and a thick cluster of restaurants are a short walk off, with Brickell’s offices, dining, and nightlife a quick hop across the river. Room types, amenities, and current rates are published on the InterContinental Miami official site, and reservations live on the IHG hotel page.
Everything we run is private and comes in three sizes, so the car answers both your headcount and your luggage. Whichever tier you take is held solely for the people in your booking — no strangers, no detours to collect anyone else.
The one per-vehicle price takes in the full ride from door to door, along with the charges that normally catch travelers off guard. Highway tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all baked into that number, so the airport run adds nothing for the roads or the mileage. There’s WiFi on board through a mobile hotspot, so you stay connected on the way in. The bilingual driver and the car itself belong to that one price, not extras — and since the charge is per vehicle, the whole group rides for a single amount.
Booking stays light and the balance clears on ride day. Half the total, paid up front as a deposit, holds your vehicle and pins the rate; the other half is handed to the driver on the day you travel, settled by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link. Pricing is one-way, so a round trip is just that fare doubled and booked as one reservation. Daytime runs 7 AM to 9 PM at no surcharge; a pickup outside that window adds a $20 night fee on the SUV inside Miami-Dade and Broward (and $50 past those counties). A child seat is $20, and any extra stop en route is $45 per 30 minutes. Anything beyond the typical ride gets confirmed on WhatsApp before your travel day.
Yes. The driver watches your inbound flight and moves the meeting time to when you actually land, so a delay simply pushes the pickup later. There’s no charge for the reshuffle and no need to re-book, and your car stays reserved until you step out of the terminal.
Yes — private drop-offs run from InterContinental Miami to the PortMiami cruise terminals, which suits the hotel’s downtown position. Plenty of guests pair an airport night here with a next-day sailing, so we set that leg up in the same private vehicle class. Just arrange it ahead on WhatsApp and we match the timing to your boarding window.
Per vehicle, every time. One passenger or a full group of five pays the single flat fare listed above for the size chosen, and everyone shares it. You won’t see a per-person charge or a surge, so a family or a small team gets real value from one booking.
No — InterContinental Miami is a downtown, bayside hotel on the mainland; the Miami Beach island lies across the water by causeway, not out on the sand. Heading to the beach anyway? We can run that leg privately too — flag it on WhatsApp when you book the airport ride, and we set it in the same class of vehicle.
Give us the bag count at booking and we size the car to it. Five passengers plus their cases ride the SUV comfortably, and the vans take more for bigger groups or bulky gear. If you’re loaded down, a heads-up on WhatsApp lets us slot you into a larger van with room to spare.
Ready to lock in your private ride from MIA to InterContinental Miami Hotel? Message us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, arrival date, party size, and how numerous bags you’re carrying, and we’ll confirm the car and its flat price in one reply.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we booked the transfer to InterContinental Miami Hotel. Our flight was delayed and the driver was still there waiting — not a worry at all. The fare was fixed and agreed up front — exactly what we were quoted, which we really appreciated after traveling.
The two of us landed at MIA for a getaway and had a driver waiting the moment we reached arrivals. The driver dropped us exactly where we needed to be.
Privado, puntual y sin estrés desde que aterricé. Justo lo que quieres tras un vuelo. Rastrearon el aterrizaje, así que aunque llegué tarde, el auto estaba listo.
Easiest airport arrival we’ve ever had — driver waiting, bags handled, straight to InterContinental Miami Hotel. Our flight was delayed and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all.
La mejor decisión — la llegada quedó totalmente resuelta, puerta a puerta. Un comienzo relajado para los dos de vacaciones.
