From $100 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Hallandale Beach at a flat rate, driver waiting at the curb.
Each figure below is the full price for the vehicle, not a per-seat rate, and it holds from the moment you book — traffic and the hour of day never move it.
Your driver follows the inbound flight in real time and is standing at the curb as you walk out with your bags.
The day before travel, a text brings the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, so there is nothing to guess at the curb and no app to open when the wheels touch down. A curbside greeting comes with every booking; if you’d rather have a driver waiting inside arrivals holding a name sign, that add-on is $20. A landing from overseas brings two hours of complimentary wait time and a domestic landing brings one, which covers customs, baggage, and the walk out. Since the flight is already on the driver’s screen, an early or delayed arrival is absorbed without a re-book — the pickup simply slides to when the plane reaches the gate.
A small oceanside city in South Florida, Hallandale Beach runs along the Atlantic, stacked with high-rise coastal condos and a lively blend of dining, horse racing, and boutiques.
Inland, the city centers on Gulfstream Park, where thoroughbred horse racing sits beside a retail village, restaurants, and live entertainment; nearer the water, casual seafood counters and international cafés keep a relaxed beach-town pace. One local quirk shapes every drop-off: the Intracoastal Waterway cuts the city in two. Beachfront high-rises stand on the barrier island, reached by bridge, while most houses and businesses sit on the mainland. Those beachfront buildings share one boulevard and go by name rather than street number, so the building name matters more than the street digits when you book. For city services or event dates, the City of Hallandale Beach site and its list of departments are the local references.
From Miami International the route runs north to Broward County’s coastline as one direct, private trip — no shared stops, no swing across town to gather other riders. Early mornings and late evenings clear fast; weekday rush hours and packed holiday weekends load the corridor and lengthen the same drive. None of that reaches the fare, since it is set when you book: a crawling afternoon costs exactly what a quiet Sunday does. The driver reads live conditions and picks the cleaner lanes on the day.
Your fare already carries the private vehicle, the bilingual driver, live flight tracking, the curbside pickup, onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot, and all tolls, SunPass fees, and gas — none of it billed again later.
Luggage runs generous: each passenger may bring a checked bag and a carry-on, and the driver handles the lifting at both ends. Sealed bottled water rides along, and the built-in wait window and flight re-timing cost nothing extra. A small pet may ride with advance notice on WhatsApp, tucked in a carrier, and a child under five rides free in the first child seat. Anything past this list — a second child seat, an added stop, an in-terminal name sign — is quoted plainly before your travel day, so nothing surprises you at the curb.
A pickup on the Miami side is confirmed with a 50% deposit when you book, and the remaining half is handed to the driver on the trip day itself.
Payment goes through Zelle, Venmo, or a secure link, and the amount is billed per vehicle for the entire party rather than per head — two riders or six, the tier price holds. Fares are one-way, so a round trip just doubles the figure, the same vehicle covering both legs when the two are booked at once. Booking ahead by a day or more locks in the vehicle, and a reserved pickup time can move with 24 hours’ notice when a slot is open.
There is no surcharge on pickups scheduled from 7 AM to 9 PM. Outside that window a black SUV adds a $20 night fee for destinations inside Miami-Dade and Broward — where Hallandale Beach sits — or $50 for points beyond those two counties. The rest of the charges are optional and quoted up front: each child seat past the free first one is $20, a name-sign meet inside the terminal is $20, and an extra stop en route runs $45 for every 30 minutes. A tip is never required and always appreciated.
The vehicle belongs to your group for the whole trip — no pooling, no stranger in the next seat. The driver speaks two languages — English alongside Spanish or Portuguese — so a change of plan or a swift question is easy to sort from the first message. Booking puts a real person on WhatsApp before and during the journey instead of a call center, and the flat fare set at booking does not budge for traffic, demand, or the hour on the clock. For a family or a work crew heading from the airport to the coast, it is simply a calmer, better-organized arrival.
Yes — every booking is fully private. The black SUV or van holds only your group from the MIA curb to the door in Hallandale Beach, with no strangers aboard and no shared pickups. It stays your vehicle for the entire one-way run north.
Nothing extra is needed on your end. The driver watches the inbound flight and shifts the pickup to match at no charge, whether the plane lands early or runs late. An overseas arrival carries two hours of free wait time and a domestic one carries an hour, so a long customs line never means losing your reserved ride.
Up to five passengers travel in the black SUV, six to nine take the mid-size van, and ten to fourteen ride the largest van. Sending your group size and luggage over WhatsApp before you pay lets the right tier be set the first time, so a full family or team stays together in one vehicle.
The fare is charged per vehicle, never per person, so the whole party rides on the single flat price for that tier. Two travelers or six pay the same for the same vehicle. A round trip comes to exactly double the one-way figure, with no per-head amounts slipped in.
Yes. Because the beachfront towers share a single boulevard and are known by name rather than number, offer the building name when you book and note whether you’re headed for the main porte-cochère or a residents’ gate. The condo driveways loop one way, so that detail gets the car to the right door on the first try.
Share your flight number, party size, bags, and the exact Hallandale Beach drop-off, and the tier and flat rate come back confirmed before you pay a cent. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
On time, professional, and we were at the door in Hallandale Beach before we knew it. With the kids along, it helped that the driver was patient and had the car seat ready.
La forma perfecta de empezar un viaje a Hallandale Beach. Muy recomendable.
Our whole group rode together straight from the airport to Hallandale Beach, and it worked out great.
I was visiting family in Hallandale Beach and didn’t want the rideshare-surge scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car. Traveling on my own, I felt safe and looked after from arrivals all the way to Hallandale Beach. I was picked up right on time, no delays.
