From $590 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in a black SUV or van.
Each fare below is the full price for the vehicle, fixed the moment you book and unchanged by traffic or the time of day — one flat rate for the whole party on the one-way run north.
Curbside pickup at Miami International is part of every booking, so the driver is already outside the terminal when you step out with your bags — no app to open and no request to wait on. The inbound flight is tracked live, which means a late landing simply moves the curb pickup to match the real arrival time at no added cost. Prefer to be met inside with a name sign at arrivals? That in-terminal greet is available for $40 on top of the fare, while the standard curbside meet-and-greet stays included. Once you reach the curb, a direct message to the driver pins down the exact door.
The door-to-door trip spans 233.8 miles — roughly 376.3 kilometers — and runs about 234 to 240 minutes from curb to resort entrance. Almost the entire distance follows Florida’s Turnpike, a controlled-access toll road that pulls out of the Miami metro and carries you north toward the Walt Disney World area with few interruptions. A mid-morning or early-afternoon departure tends to land near the 234-minute figure, while weekday rush hour around Miami or a holiday crowd can nudge it closer to 240. Tolls and fuel are already inside the fare, so nothing changes hands on the highway, and the flat price holds whether the drive takes 234 minutes or 240.
The resort sits within the Walt Disney World grounds, themed on Spanish and Mexican design and built around a large recreational lake ringed by palm-lined walkways. At its center the modern Gran Destino Tower rises with rooftop dining and a lounge, while a broad pool and full convention space draw vacationing families and event groups alike. The ride ends right at the resort entrance rather than a distant drop point, leaving your party steps from check-in after the long drive up from the coast. Official details on the property and Gran Destino Tower live on Disney’s own Coronado Springs page.
Choice comes down to headcount and how much luggage rides along, and each tier is held for your party alone — never pooled with strangers.
Reserving takes one message with your flight number, passenger count, and date; the vehicle and the fare come back confirmed in writing before anything is paid. A 50% deposit locks the date and the car, and the remaining half goes straight to the driver on the day of the ride. Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link all cover the deposit and the balance. Fares are quoted one-way per vehicle, so booking a return trip means two organized legs at twice the single-leg price, each direction holding the same locked rate.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window the SUV adds a $20 night fee on departures within Miami-Dade or Broward — which covers this run out of Miami International — climbing to $50 for pickups beyond those counties, while vans add 10% over the trip value. The first child seat rides free for a child under five, and each additional seat is $20, so name the seats you require at booking. An added stop along the way is $45 per 30 minutes, arranged in advance.
No. Your inbound flight is watched in real time, so a late landing just shifts the curbside pickup to your real touchdown moment. There is nothing to re-book, and the flat fare stays put. A quick note from the curb settles exactly where to meet.
Rates attach to the vehicle rather than to each seat, so the entire group rides for the single flat fare listed above. The black SUV holds up to five, and a van covers six through fourteen, all under one locked number. Adding people only divides that same total among more riders.
Drivers speak two languages — English plus either Spanish or Portuguese. That helps when a gate changes or a meeting spot needs sorting on arrival day, first trip to Coronado Springs or fifth. You can also message ahead on WhatsApp and settle the details in whichever of those languages suits you.
Yes — with a heads-up on WhatsApp when you reserve, a small pet can join the drive to Coronado Springs in a carrier. Flag it early so the matching vehicle is set aside. That pet shares the very SUV or van booked for your group, not a separate vehicle.
Every ride is held for your party alone — never shared, never pooled with other travelers, and with no detour to pick anyone else up. When people search for a “shuttle” to the resort, a private SUV or van is what actually turns up. You set the pickup time, and the entire vehicle stays yours for that single flat fare.
Ready to lock in your ride to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort? Call or message 786-682-8748, or reach the same number on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748. Share your flight number, travel date, and how many are riding, and the vehicle plus fare come back confirmed.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Perfect way to start the trip — highly recommend. It was a private car just for us, which made the ride to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort easy and calm.
Our whole group booked one van straight from MIA, and it worked out great. There was plenty of room for the whole group and all our luggage in one van. The van was really comfortable after a long flight, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
Flying into Miami for work, I wasn’t up for the taxi line after a long flight, so I booked a private ride to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
I wanted to skip the whole rideshare scramble at MIA, so I set up a private car to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Traveling on my own, I felt in good hands from arrivals all the way to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
My husband and I booked a private transfer from Miami Airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort so we wouldn’t have to wait on a rideshare after our flight. No taxi line, no rideshare surge — we just walked out and the car was there. They tracked the landing, so even though we got in behind schedule, the car was ready and waiting.
