From $590 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, your whole party in one reserved car.
Each figure below is tied to the vehicle rather than the head count, and it is locked the instant you reserve — the group rides north on one number no matter the hour, the season, or how thick the traffic turns.
Pickup happens curbside at Miami International Airport. As soon as you walk out of the terminal with your bags, the driver is already standing at the arrivals curb, so there is no app to open and no line to join once baggage claim is behind you. Add the flight number when you reserve and the landing is followed live — an early touchdown or a delay slides the meeting to your real arrival, and the quoted price does not budge. The curbside meet-and-greet comes with every booking; if you would rather be met inside the terminal with your name on a printed sign, that placard is an optional add-on of $20. From the curb it is a single driver and a single car all the way to the resort door.
Three private classes cover this route, and whichever you pick is held for your party alone, never pooled with other riders. Choose on head count and luggage, and that exact vehicle is what pulls up at the MIA curb.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn faces a lakeside pedestrian promenade inside the wider Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, its front modeled on a turn-of-the-century Atlantic seaside boardwalk — bright facades, strings of lights over the water, and a broad walkway lined with restaurants, bars, bakeries, and open-air entertainment that fills after dark. One point worth knowing before you reach: that promenade is for foot traffic only, so no car reaches the boardwalk side. Vehicles pull up instead at the covered entrance on the road-facing side of the building, where the luggage comes off and check-in sits. The same entrance handles the adjoining BoardWalk Villas, so a booking that reads “Villas” is not a separate address and needs no separate drop. When the driver rolls up to the resort, the lake and the dining are only steps from the lobby.
End to end, the road from Miami International Airport to the resort covers 232.1 miles, or 373.5 kilometers, and the door-to-door time settles between 236 and 241 minutes depending on the day. The airport sits west of downtown, so the car points away from the city from the start and the Miami end barely shows on the clock. From there the drive rides Florida’s Turnpike north into Central Florida — a steady toll highway that carries the bulk of the distance toward the Walt Disney World area. Set out in a quiet midday stretch and the time lands near 236 minutes; afternoon build-up around the metro and busy seasonal volume on the Turnpike can nudge it toward 241. Plan the day around roughly four hours of continuous travel, and as one nonstop private transfer, any added minutes trace to live traffic alone and never move the fare you agreed.
Pricing on this route is one-way and pinned to the vehicle, so a round trip is simply that figure doubled, with the same car bringing you back to Miami International Airport when the visit ends. A 50% deposit holds the car and the rate at booking, and the remaining half goes to the driver on the day of the trip, so nothing is owed in full before the service happens. Settle by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link, and nothing beyond the agreed balance is collected at the curb. Because the fare covers the whole vehicle, a couple in the SUV pays exactly what a family of five in it pays.
Tolls, SunPass, and fuel already sit inside the flat fare, and onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot rides along for the group, so none of that reappears at the curb. A short list of options sits outside the base rate:
The inbound flight is tracked in real time, so a late landing just re-times the curbside meeting at no extra charge. Give the flight number at booking and the driver is at the arrivals curb whenever the plane actually reaches the gate, not at some fixed hour set in advance. A delay means no rebooking and no hunting for a ride once you finally step outside.
Per vehicle, every time. The flat figure in the fares above covers the whole group for that tier, whether two of you take the SUV or fourteen fill the largest van. No seat charge is tacked onto anyone, so the number you approve at booking is the full cost of the ride to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.
Each passenger is set for one checked bag and one carry-on, and every vehicle is sized to its passenger count. Bringing more than that, or something bulky like a stroller or golf clubs? Flag it on WhatsApp first, and the room is confirmed or you move up to a larger van — rarely a hurdle. Naming the bag count at booking gets the right vehicle assigned from the start.
Fully private. The car carries your party only — no strangers in the cabin and no detours to collect or drop other bookings. From the MIA curb to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, the SUV or van belongs to your group for the whole run north, and a leashed small pet can ride too when you flag it in advance on WhatsApp, carried in a pet carrier.
Ready to lock your MIA-to-BoardWalk ride? Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, date, passenger count, and any child seats. The vehicle, the meeting point, and the flat fare come back to you in writing, and the deposit holds your driver for the trip to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Our family of four came into MIA, and the driver had the child seat ready — such a help. It was a private car for our party alone, which made the ride to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn relaxed. Our flight came in late and the driver had been tracking it — not a worry at all.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — really glad we booked the transfer to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. A relaxed start to the two of us being on vacation. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — arrival was completely stress-free. Can’t recommend it enough.
First time flying into MIA by myself, and having someone right there at arrivals took the stress out of it. Honestly the smoothest part of my whole trip — everything was handled from the second I landed. It was a private car with no one else to pick up, which made the ride to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn easy and calm.
