From $450 per vehicle: a private, one-way black-car ride from MIA to Cypress Lake, tracked to your flight and driven door to door.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle to any Cypress Lake address, fixed the moment you reserve and unmoved by traffic, demand, or the hour you land.
Your driver is posted at the curb of Miami International Airport, right where you step out with your bags — no app to open and no rideshare line to join. Because the inbound flight is tracked minute by minute, an early landing or a slow taxi to the gate simply shifts the pickup on its own. The evening before travel, a message brings the driver name, the vehicle, and the plate, so there is no guessing who to look for. A curbside meet-and-greet comes with every ride; if you would rather be met inside the terminal holding a name sign, that add-on is $40 and you request it when booking. Luggage is loaded and unloaded for you at both ends.
Cypress Lake is a settled residential pocket of the Fort Myers area in Southwest Florida, threaded with lakes and canals and an easy reach to the Gulf coast. Rather than a downtown skyline, its streets run to quiet neighborhoods, golf and country-club greenery, established schools, and the everyday shopping and dining corridors of Lee County. Families visiting relatives, travelers bound for the region beaches and boating, and people with business across the county all touch down here, and the calm, non-resort pace is exactly why a door-to-door arrival fits — you close out a long cross-state drive at your own address instead of a distant hub. You can read up on the neighborhood high school at the Cypress Lake High School site.
The route measures 150.1 miles — about 241.6 kilometers — on a westward run across the peninsula by way of I-75. Door to door, plan on somewhere between 143 and 158 minutes; most of that spread comes from Miami-side congestion leaving the airport, since the interstate itself keeps a steady pace once the metro is behind you. Weather or roadwork can stretch the clock, yet none of it reaches the fare, which is locked when you book. A single restroom or snack break can be worked in on the way when you flag it ahead, and the driver holds to whichever lanes read cleanest that afternoon.
Choose by headcount and luggage; each option below is booked privately for your party alone.
The quoted number carries the full private ride plus tolls, SunPass, and fuel, with no line items sprung on the road. Real-time flight tracking is part of it, alongside the curbside pickup and a driver who handles the luggage at both ends. Every passenger travels with one checked bag and one carry-on, and onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot for the drive. A first child seat for a little one under five is included, and small pets ride along with advance notice on WhatsApp, carried in their own crate. Anything past this — a second child seat, an extra stop, an in-terminal name sign — is priced plainly before your travel day.
For a Miami-side pickup, a 50% deposit confirms the booking and the balancing 50% goes to the driver on the day, with cash accepted for that half. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link. The rate is charged per vehicle, never per head — the same flat figure whether the SUV carries two riders or five. Pricing is one-way; a round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled, and both legs can be reserved together so one driver and a set pickup time cover the way home. Since the number is locked at booking, it never shifts for traffic or for the hour you actually ride.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A trip that begins outside that window carries a night fee on the SUV — $20 when the ride stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 once it reaches beyond those two counties. Added stops off the direct line are billed at $45 per 30 minutes and arranged in advance. A name sign held inside the terminal adds $40, and any child seat beyond the first free one adds $20 as well. None of these appear at the curb; every extra is settled before your travel day.
The driver follows your inbound flight the whole way, so a late arrival re-times the pickup on its own at no added cost, and nobody has to rebook a thing. Courtesy waiting is folded in too — two hours for an international arrival and one hour for a domestic one. Land early and the same logic runs in reverse, moving the meeting up.
It is per vehicle. The flat fare in the list above covers your entire party, whether two people ride the SUV or five, and nothing is stacked on per head. A larger group that needs a van pays the van single rate, not a headcount multiplied out.
Many Southwest Florida neighborhoods are unincorporated, so the city printed on your mail can differ from the name locals use for Cypress Lake and its blocks. Give both names with the street number and ZIP when you book, and the drop-off stops depending on how a map app reads the place that day. The driver heads for the exact address, not a general zone.
Yes — the service runs around the clock, every day of the year, so a red-eye landing is covered. A ride that starts outside the 7 AM to 9 PM window adds the SUV night fee noted above. Send your flight number and the driver is in position as you clear the terminal.
Each fare includes one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger, and the driver loads it all. Traveling with extra or oversized gear? Message the number below before your trip and the space is confirmed, or you are stepped up to a larger van. A first child seat for a child under five comes free.
Ready to lock your ride? Send your flight number, travel date, passenger count, and Cypress Lake drop-off address by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and flat rate are confirmed for your window. Booking 24 hours or more ahead secures availability; shorter notice is still reviewed by hand.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We weren’t about to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we booked a private ride from the airport to Cypress Lake.
My husband and I didn’t want to deal with the airport taxi chaos, so we arranged a ride out to Cypress Lake. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we got in late, the car was ready.
Traveling with our two kids, I did NOT want to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van out to Cypress Lake. Our flight was delayed and the driver had tracked it — not a worry at all.
