From $550 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Cocoa Beach — one flat rate, door to door.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle price to any address in town, fixed the moment you reserve — traffic, tolls, and the season never move it.
Curbside meet-and-greet comes with every ride: the driver watches your inbound flight, times the wait to your real landing, and stands just outside the terminal as you walk out with your bags. Prefer to be met inside baggage claim under a name sign? That greeting is a $40 add-on you request when booking. Either way there is no app to open and no rideshare lot to hunt for — the vehicle is held for your exact flight and waiting when you reach the curb.
Every price runs one-way and per vehicle, so a round trip is just two one-way fares booked in a single message. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel already sit inside the figure, which means nothing is tacked on when you reach the Space Coast. A child seat is $20, and a comfort stop or short detour along the route runs $45 per half hour — mention either when you reserve so the driver can plan for it. Loading and unloading help comes with the ride at both ends.
Payment goes through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp. A 50% deposit holds the booking, and the balance is handed to the driver on the day you travel, with nothing extra collected at the curb beyond that agreed amount. Reserving at least 24 hours ahead keeps your preferred vehicle and pickup window open, though shorter-notice requests are still looked at by hand.
Daytime service runs 7 AM to 9 PM with no premium. A pickup outside that window adds a night fee that depends on the vehicle. On the SUV it is $20 for trips staying inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 for longer runs beyond them, which this route is; a van instead carries a 10% night surcharge over its fare. The flat rate is otherwise untouched.
Cocoa Beach is an easygoing barrier-island town on Florida’s Space Coast, built around wide Atlantic sand, a long fishing-and-surf pier, and a main street of board shops, casual seafood counters, and open-air beach bars. The mood leans family-friendly rather than glossy high-rise. It sits a short drive from the Kennedy Space Center area and the cruise terminals at Port Canaveral, which is why many riders book the run for a launch, a sailing, or a plain stretch of beach days. Municipal offices and everyday errands cluster on the inland streets; the City of Cocoa Beach site holds the local details.
Door to door, the trip covers 197.9 miles — about 318.6 kilometers — and lands between 201 minutes off-peak and 209 minutes when traffic thickens near Miami or Orlando. The route climbs north on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 up the Atlantic coast, so an early or midday departure sits at the shorter end while a rush-hour or holiday-weekend start drifts toward the longer one. That estimate is a genuine curb-to-address figure, not a highway-only number, and the flat fare holds whatever the road does. Build in a little cushion if you are aiming at a set check-in time.
When a rocket is set to lift off, crowds pour toward this shoreline and the causeways and beachfront streets fill hours before the countdown ends. If your travel day lands on a launch date, flag it as you reserve so the driver plans the approach around the crowd rather than straight into it. Launch schedules also slip, now and then by whole days, so send word if yours moves and the pickup is reset to match.
Yes, and it costs nothing on your side. The driver follows your inbound flight in real time and slides the curbside pickup earlier or later to match the actual landing. Ordinary customs and baggage delays are already absorbed, so there is no need to message a change or re-book at the terminal.
Every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your party from the MIA curb to your door, with no shared seats and no detours to collect other travelers. You set the pace of the ride, including any comfort stop, because the vehicle belongs to your group alone for the whole run north.
The fare is per vehicle, never per head. The figure in the list above covers your entire party in one private vehicle, whether that is a couple in the SUV or fourteen riders in the largest van. The size of your group and the day’s traffic never change what you pay.
Yes. Give the return date, pickup time, and your Cocoa Beach address in the same message and the drive back toward Miami is arranged with the same private vehicle. A round trip is priced as two one-way fares, so there is no separate return rate to decode. A single booking can cover both directions.
To lock your private MIA to Cocoa Beach transfer, send your flight number, travel date, passenger count, and drop-off address on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. The vehicle class, pickup time, and flat rate are confirmed before you fly. Booking at least 24 hours ahead keeps your preferred vehicle open.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
First time flying into Miami solo to stay in Cocoa Beach, and having someone there at arrivals made it so easy. The driver was bilingual, which was a nice touch when I had a question.
I got into Miami after a long day of travel and it was so nice to have a driver already waiting to take me out to Cocoa Beach.
My husband and I booked a private transfer from MIA to Cocoa Beach so we wouldn’t have to figure out a taxi after our flight. The ride to Cocoa Beach was direct and easy, straight there. The driver dropped us at our place in Cocoa Beach.
We flew into Miami with the little ones late at night to stay in Cocoa Beach, and having a driver waiting was a lifesaver. The driver handled the luggage so we didn’t have to struggle with anything.
