From $600 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Clarcona, door to door up Florida’s Turnpike at one flat locked rate.
Every fare below is the whole-vehicle price for your group, fixed the moment you book and never nudged by traffic or demand. Each figure is one-way; a round trip is simply that number doubled.
Pickup starts curbside at whichever MIA arrivals terminal your flight uses. Your driver watches the inbound flight and is parked before you reach the doors, so the car is ready rather than summoned after you land. The night before travel a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate number, plus exactly where to stand at the curb. A curbside meet is part of every booking; if you would rather be met inside the terminal with your name on a sign, that in-terminal greeting adds $40.
Clarcona is a small, semi-rural community in Orange County, out on the northwest edge of the greater Orlando area beside Apopka. Rather than a dense downtown it keeps a horse-country feel: shaded lanes, plant nurseries, and open equestrian land. Much of local life turns on the riding trails and the shows staged at the community’s horse grounds, so a trip out here often means a family property, a ranch or stable event, or a quieter base a short drive from Orlando’s northwest suburbs. For lodging and everyday services, most visitors look to the wider Apopka and northwest Orlando corridors, where hotels gather along the main connector roads rather than inside the town’s residential streets. Riders can check the schedule at the Clarcona Horseman’s Park before locking a pickup time.
Door to door, plan on roughly 236 to 240 minutes from MIA, off-peak to peak. The route climbs north out of Miami on Florida’s Turnpike, a steady long-haul highway that carries most of the 245-mile run — about 394 km — before local roads bring you in. Leave outside the Miami and Orlando rush hours and the trip lands near the shorter end of that window; depart into heavy traffic and it drifts toward the longer figure. Because the price is fixed and the flight is tracked, none of those extra minutes ever change what you pay.
Three private tiers cover the route, each one reserved for your group alone and never pooled with strangers. Start with the SUV for a couple or a small family, then step up to a van as headcount and luggage grow. Every vehicle is climate-controlled and driven by a bilingual driver who speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
The number you book is the number you pay. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are all folded into the fare, so nothing extra is settled for the road itself.
A 50% deposit locks the vehicle and the fare when you book; the remaining 50% goes straight to the driver on the day of the ride. The price is charged per vehicle, never per person, so five riders in the SUV pay the same total as one. Child seats are available at $20 each with advance notice, and an added stop along the way runs $45 per 30 minutes. Send your flight number, passenger count, and the exact Clarcona address on WhatsApp, and the vehicle with its locked fare is confirmed in writing before travel day.
Standard daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM at no extra charge. A pickup outside that window carries a night fee tied to how far the ride goes: $20 for an SUV staying inside Miami-Dade and Broward, and $50 once the route reaches beyond those two counties. A run this far north sits in the farther band, so an overnight departure falls under the $50 tier.
Nothing changes and there is no penalty. The driver follows your inbound flight in real time, so the pickup re-times itself if you touch down early or late. Courtesy waiting is folded in as well, covering the normal customs and baggage wait after a long-haul arrival.
Yes. The fare is per vehicle, so the figure listed for your tier is the total for everyone aboard. A family of five in the SUV pays the single SUV rate, not five separate ones. Book a return leg and it is simply that one-way number doubled.
Each traveler can plan on a checked suitcase plus a carry-on, which the SUV or a van handles with room to spare. If your party has oversized or extra bags, send a note on WhatsApp before the day and the space is confirmed or you are moved up to a larger van. Sorting it ahead of time beats discovering a shortfall at the curb.
Reserve at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee the vehicle and lock the rate. A shorter-notice request is still reviewed by hand, though availability cannot be promised. The route runs year-round, and a pickup time can be shifted with 24 hours’ notice, subject to the schedule.
Small pets are welcome with advance notice on WhatsApp and ride inside a pet carrier. Flag the pet and, for families, the children’s ages at reservation, so the right vehicle and any child seat are ready before pickup.
Ready to lock a private ride to or from Clarcona? Send your flight number, passenger count, and the exact drop-off address by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and fixed fare are confirmed in writing. Booking at least 24 hours out secures availability, with the driver’s details sent the night before.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
There were seven of us landing at MIA, and one private transfer to Clarcona was the easy way. Tolls and everything were already included, so we just didn’t have to think about a thing on the way to Clarcona.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car out to Clarcona — so glad we booked the transfer. Fixed price agreed up front — no meter, no surprises, which we really appreciated after traveling. The driver was professional and courteous, exactly what you want after a flight.
As a solo traveler I booked the airport pickup to Clarcona ahead of time and it made getting in painless. I was in town to visit relatives in Clarcona, and starting the trip this easy meant a lot.
We landed at MIA with the little ones tired after the flight to stay in Clarcona, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. We were picked up right on time, no delays.
My partner and I didn’t want to deal with the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a ride out to Clarcona. Our flight was delayed and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all. We were in town to visit relatives in Clarcona, and starting the trip this easy meant a lot.
