From $170 per vehicle: a private, one-way MIA to Belvedere Inn ride, with the driver meeting you at the arrivals curb.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle price for the run, fixed the moment you reserve and charged once for the group instead of per traveller.
Pickup is at the arrivals curb — the spot where you step out once your luggage is in hand — and that greeting is built into the fare. Your driver watches the inbound flight, so the vehicle is waiting as you reach the doors, with nothing to summon on a phone and no rideshare queue to stand in. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal, name sign and all, that pickup is a $40 add-on set up before the day. From the moment you land, a direct WhatsApp line reaches the driver.
Book one vehicle sized to the group and the rest falls into place: a Black SUV holds up to five, a van fits six to nine, and the largest van takes ten to fourteen. Message the flight number, your pickup date and the number of riders through WhatsApp or the website, and the confirmed vehicle and rate come straight back. The journey is one-way by default and priced door to door — from the MIA curb straight to the entrance at Belvedere Inn, bags loaded for you, with no second leg to arrange. Because the car belongs to your party alone, there is no pooling, no detour to gather strangers, and no waiting on someone else’s timetable.
Three sizes cover most groups, and the service is identical in each, so the pick is really about how many seats and how much luggage you need, not different grades of comfort.
Each fare allows a checked bag and a carry-on per passenger; flag anything oversized on WhatsApp when you book and the vehicle is matched to the load beforehand rather than sorted out at the curb.
The clock depends on the hour you set out and how the roads are moving that day. Quieter stretches flow smoothly, while Miami’s morning and evening peaks add minutes on the busier corridors. Since the ride is direct, you are never rerouted to collect other passengers or bound to a shared timetable, so the drive stays as short as the traffic allows. Timing keys off your flight, not a rigid departure clock; with a fixed check-in or a dinner reservation ahead, flag it when you book so the departure keeps a sensible cushion. A realistic window for the exact date lands with your booking confirmation.
Belvedere Inn is the destination in its own right — an address people pick for a calm, well-tended stay and a kitchen with a genuine following for its contemporary American cooking. The mood is unhurried and truly welcoming, the sort of spot where the greeting at the desk counts as much as the plate at dinner. One point is worth acting on: more than one property across the country carries this same name, which is exactly why the full street address matters here. Drop it into the booking note with your flight number and party size, and the driver is routed straight to that entrance instead of comparing map pins at the curb. Because a door-to-door car sets you down right at the front door with bags in hand, there is no unfamiliar street grid to puzzle over as a long travel day winds down.
You can pay by Venmo or Zelle, or through a secure link the driver shares on WhatsApp or the site. A 50% deposit is taken at booking to hold the vehicle and lock the rate, and the balance is handed to the driver on your travel day. The price is charged against the vehicle rather than the head count, so a solo rider and a full van settle the same listed figure. Adding the return leg just doubles the one-way fare; put both directions on one reservation and the car and driver are already arranged for the run back to MIA. Nothing beyond that agreed balance is collected at the door.
The quoted fare buys the entire private ride and rolls in a few things that tend to cost extra elsewhere. Road tolls, SunPass and fuel are already built into the number, so no add-ons appear mid-journey and no bill is squared up when you arrive. A bilingual driver — comfortable in English and either Spanish or Portuguese — plus the curbside greeting at MIA come as standard, and every vehicle runs WiFi from an onboard hotspot for confirming a check-in or messaging ahead. The only pickup extra is an in-terminal greeting with your name on a sign, at $40 arranged ahead. Anything optional is named and priced before departure, so nothing lands unannounced.
Nothing on your side needs changing. Your arriving flight is watched in real time, so touching down early or late just re-times the pickup to your true arrival — no rebooking and no late fee. You step out, the vehicle is already at the curb, and the journey goes ahead as planned.
The daytime window runs 7 AM through 9 PM, and pickups inside it carry no surcharge. Schedule a pickup outside those hours and a modest charge applies: within Miami-Dade or Broward the SUV adds $20, a destination beyond those two counties adds $50, and vans add 10% of the journey value either way. The figure is spelled out at booking, so the after-hours amount is never a surprise.
Yes to both. A child seat is $20 each and should be requested at booking, with the ages noted so the right seat is fitted before pickup. If the plan calls for an added stop along the way, that runs $45 per 30 minutes, agreed in advance. Small pets are welcome too, given notice on WhatsApp and a proper carrier for the ride.
Yes. The same private SUVs and vans also pick up at PortMiami, and drop-offs are not limited to that one address — the same flat-rate service continues to other airports, ports and Miami-area cities. Offer the origin and destination for each leg and both the vehicle and the rate are confirmed for that route.
To lock in the private ride to or from Belvedere Inn, send the driver your flight number, the pickup time and travel date, the number of riders, plus anything extra — spare luggage, a pet, a child seat — on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. The vehicle and rate are confirmed back, the 50% deposit holds your slot, and the remainder goes to your driver when you travel.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
After a red-eye, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we booked the transfer to Belvedere Inn. We were on our way within minutes of clearing arrivals, no waiting around. The car was clean, cool, and comfortable, a nice relief in the Miami heat. Can’t recommend it enough.
Traveling alone, I wanted arrival handled coming out of Miami Airport, and this was perfect. Honestly the smoothest part of my whole trip — everything was handled from the second I landed. The driver took care of the suitcases so I didn’t have to lift a thing after the flight. Would book again in a heartbeat.
Mi pareja y yo reservamos un traslado privado del Aeropuerto de Miami a Belvedere Inn para no buscar un taxi después del vuelo.
For an easy arrival, my partner and I booked this to get from MIA straight to Belvedere Inn. No taxi line, no rideshare surge — we just walked out and the car was ready. Our flight came in late and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all.
Our family of four arrived in Miami, and the driver had the child seat ready — a real relief. With the kids worn out from the flight, it helped that the driver was so easygoing and the van had room for all our stuff. Booking was easy, we got the pickup details in writing, and everything went exactly as planned.
